I was speaking with my girlfriend, And I broke a rule by speaking out of character cause I was absolutely shocked that this person joined an RP server to do stuff like this. Like I said, I'll take a warning or whatever, That's fair, I broke a rule too, But this guy shouldn't be driving around doing stuff like that, Come on. Not everyone can clip things, which basically means these kind of people get away with stuff like that, because they don't care. It's unfortunate. Hope it ends well for you though. If the admins do nothing, I can't imagine that I'd want to play in a server where this stuff goes unpunished, Bare minimum you can see what he's doing in the videos, And if they ask, I can TRY to find a way to post all of the 5 minute Shadowplay recordings. Troy Clevers Posted June 18, 2021 Report Share Posted June 18, 2021 Hello Troy Clevers here. I was not told to save my pov so unfortnaley I do not have it. In the first clip I did not purpously ram into him it was most likely desync/lag you can see in the clip I said "what are you doing" that was because I thought he tried to ram me. Not to mention he was swerving throughout all the clips trying to make it so i could not pass him in a car that you cannot ram with. I had no intention to ram and it must of been lag. VorgFang Posted June 19, 2021 Author Report Share Posted June 19, 2021 (edited) I was swerving because you were attacking me with your car, If you're trying to play the victim, Why were you masked up, Throwing curses, And shooting at me, Not to mention, Why did you kill and rob a new player and chop their car, When that's against the rules? I had reason to kill you because YOU CALLED THE POLICE. I broke 0 rules and did nothing wrong. If I want to curse in character and act a certain way I am 100 percent allowed to do that. Player Viktor_Tier will receive a verbal warning for Mixing IC/OOC I will now explain the reasoning behind my decision and what led me to this conclusion. In the provided evidence it can be seen that the two of you were having an altercation In-game. Firstly, the use of obscene language is allowed, though if asked over /ooc to stop, the player should refrain from continuing to use such language with the requesting player per rule #7. As for Viktor_Tier, I will give you just a spoken to warning for the mixing in this situation. In the future, if you wish to discusss something out of character with another player, please make use of the OOC chat instead of taking it over VoIP. This is not a punishment in any way, it's just me teaching you about this to make sure you understand it for the future so it doesn't happen again. As for the ram, player claims it was desync, and they saw a different situation on their end. Judging by the hit itself, how they swerved unnaturally, and even managed to speed up while pushing you, it looked to be desync. As well as their claims in-game saying you had hit them, as that is probably what happened on their screen. For the claims of Deathmatching, per our rules, you calling the police on them for such a crime gives them deathmatching rights towards you, even as a New Player, you are not completely immune to being targeted. Calling the police on somebody for a serious crime, or committing crimes yourself will void your new player status for the duration of that roleplay scenario. As such they had the rights to attack you in this situation and no punishment will be given for that. If you feel you have received a punishment that you do not agree with, you may file a punishment appeal that follows the guidelines and format provided.
