Thank you for taking the time to make this report.

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided that this report cannot be concluded at this time. We would like to receive a response from the following player(s) to explain their side of the story:

Victor_Marke (ID 157): If you have your POV of this incident saved, please include it in your response.

  • Can you please explain what caused you to disconnect from the server when the Deputies arrived on scene?
  • Why was a crash report not made after you were disconnected from the server to allow the involved players to know if you could come back or not?

If the requested player(s) do not respond within 24 hours, this report will be concluded based on the evidence that has already been provided, to the best of our ability.

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided to accept this report and issue the following punishments:

Victor_Marke (ID 157):

  • Non-RP Combat Logging |  As can be seen in the pictures provided by the reporting party, you disconnected from the server as the Deputies arrived on scene and a crash report was not made to explain what happened or to let the involved players know if you could come back. It is expected that all players play out any roleplay scenario that they are in to the natural end. Disconnecting in the middle of a scenario to avoid possible charges and consequences is unacceptable and takes the involved players out of the immersion of the roleplay.

If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
