No Crime Zones (NCZ) Players may not go to a NCZ within 15 minutes after engaging in criminal activity or a resulting chase, unless they are turning themselves in to law enforcement. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) We got intel that the Irish had a drop at Zancudo Bridge, upon arriving we seen a pink Novak which appeared to be a Irish member circling. We waited at the drop location and as soon as the drop hit, ID36 can be seen shooting at ID 190 Isak Willis without giving any demands. We left the scene and a bunch of us met up in Paleto while HC took the crates to a unknown location. While sitting in Paleto, we get a call over radio that a pink Novak ID36 was chasing one of our members which is ID 9 Raymond Sharp passing Paleto heading east. I took off to give backup to Raymond when he says over radio that he was given demands. We pull over just past Bayview and exit our vehicles. I shot at ID 36 and believed to had hit him once. We decided to leave the area and return to Paleto when we get a call over radio that Irish is chasing some more of our guys and they were going into lumber, upon leaving Paleto, ID 36 drives past me and heads into MD in Paleto to heal himself before heading to lumber to continue on with the RP. ID 36 was told to save POV. Before posting, I did a /report 1 to ask if my concerns regarding the rules were right. After speaking to a staff member, I believe ID 36 broke these rules. Aaron Martin Posted June 16, 2021 Report Share Posted June 16, 2021 Hi, I am the player involved in this situation, Conor Moore. The reporting party is not showing the entire situation. I would also like to state Kyle's friend picked my shipment up in his hands and was actively driving a vehicle with the crate inside of his hands with ZERO RP. The player reporting me was to far to hear the demands as he is not the player that got the demands given too him, and was not shot, logs will show I gave demands to the player stealing my drop with the use of /s when I was aiming at him, he decided to continue running with my drop in his hand at which point I opened fire on the player. As for the second clip, I was NEVER getting chased, I was the one chasing you guys for around 90 seconds. It had been around 10-15 minutes at which point I went to MD to get a painkiller, I was never actively getting chased. I had been around the whole city and all over up North searching for my 80k drop which was stolen. Regards, Philoop & Senior Support (senior) The reason for not RPing passing the crate to the passenger seat was because I was very stressed in the reported situation as i was being actively shot at. Usually when i perform work with crates i ALWAYS rp passing the crate to the passenger seat or to the passenger but as I said i was REALLY stressed. For me the demands did not reach or did not hear any. I unfortunately don't have POV cause i was very stressed given the situation. I never noticed Zelo stating to "Save POV " By the time the situation was concluded and the concerns of the rule break was being spoke about, it was too late for me to save any POV. when i looked at the clip i noticed Zelo stating to save POV, this was my first time realizing i should have saved my POV I am open for more questions! How do i know that you rush me or not when i had jumped into my car? Thats why i was stressed cause i dont know if you rush me or not. Philoop Posted June 20, 2021 Report Share Posted June 20, 2021 REPORT DENIED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After our deliberations, we’ve concluded that this report will be denied for the following reason(s): NCZ Claim - The time between the shooting at the drop location and the reported party being at MD was more than 15 minutes so this rule was not breached. DM Claim - This section is denied due to lack of evidence. The POV provided did not show enough of the situation, you were too far from both parties. So far that ID's could not be seen and you could not hear the /s demands. From server logs, we can see that demands were given by the reported party (Conor_Moore) to "leave or die", yet the crate's were still taken. Again from the limited POV, its unclear how this situation played out as we cannot see Conor_Moore in the footage as he shoots. This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period. If you disagree with the outcome of this report, please file an appeal following the appeal guidelines and format.
