How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
I was watching this vehicle for IC reasons when I pulled up behind them on the free way. They were stopped and when I got behind them they sped off with very high acceleration. I have drove the Elegy in the past and even with it being a good vehicle I have never achieved what this person did, even when im able to go 240 with FPS vehicles. I even drove their vehicle and I did nothing close to what they did. I hope im wrong but I feel they are using speed hacks.

I have no POV, in my eyes i was doing a burnout, launched the car and double clutched away . If i had speed hacks i wouldn't of even stopped for the officer. After i stopped for the officer we were rping and then my head popped and when i come back the officer is in my car looking through my car no rp and proceeds to arrest me because he has seen what is in my car. There was an admin there when i loaded back in i dont see how none of this "speed hack" was brought up then he just said continue rp doesnt say anything about "speed hack". I can stream my pc if you want to check for any "speed hack".

Only thing I want to add is "Double Clutch" does not last that long
