I was in front of Paleto Parking and this guy comes up and starts talking to us, then all of a sudden he just hits my car with his golf club and keeps doing it which is non-rp. Then I hop out and he beats me to death and he was going to beat me to death any way so I try to pull out my gun and aim it at him but there is not enough time for me to pull out my gun to shoot him before he RDM's me. I am sick and tired of these rule barkers on this server, this is making me want to quit playing. HugoRastafish Posted June 15, 2021 Report Share Posted June 15, 2021 Hello, Sunny Dee here, So, this situation started with the reporting party parked up in my vision, so I ran over to engage in conversation. The topic of the conversation was centred around golf which my character is very passionate about. Eventually the question arised if golf was a good sport or not, and the reporting party gave a rude response (as seen at 1:26 in the clip), to which my character who was left feeling rather insulted decided to vent his anger on the reporting parties car with his golf club, which is quite appropriate in context of the situation. He then sped off attempting to run me over (as seen at 1:33) but luckily for me I was able to stay on my feet. After this he momentarily left and then I resumed my RP with Emilia and the person on the bike, But, he soon returned and insulted me yet again and called me, and I quote a "fucking bitch" (this can be seen at 1:59). So once again I made my frustration known by bashing his car with my golf club. This is when the situation escalated further as he struck Emilia with his car (shown at 2:04), so I yet again struck his car as he had just attacked my friend. This is the point when the accusing parties clip only just begins, completely hiding the situation that had just happened two minutes prior. He proceeded to pull his gun out at exactly 2:10 in the video clip, I had no intention of hitting the reporting party when I first ran over as I only was going to check on my recently run over friend. But I was left with no choice other than to act quickly and defend myself before he could get his gun up and engage me (this can be seen from 2:10 up until 2:17). I wasn't under fear RP at any point in this exchange as he had no opportunity to aim his gun at me. After all this I fled the scene in the passenger seat of a green Issi sport as the driver was friendly to me and instructed my character on what to do and helped me flee the situation, which my character was very thankful for as he has never been in a situation like that before. That is where I thought the situation ended for Mr. Sunny Dee, but I received several PMs from the reporting party telling me to save my POV whilst OOC insulting me by calling me a "retard". Unfortunately I was unable to record this but I'm hoping some light can be shed on this matter by checking the logs. I'm pretty disappointed that the Included clip on the original report contained next to no context for the whole situation. After reviewing this report and the evidence attached, we have decided to accept this report and issue the following punishment(s): Sunny_Dee│ID 219: NRP - As shown in the evidence, you started attacking a vehicle due to them insulting your character's hobby. That is not deemed a valid enough of reason to cause such a hostile attack towards people and their items/vehicles. The escalation was improper and you committed the act in the middle of a main road, down the street from SD, which means that you risked getting caught by the police due to them insulting your character's hobby.
