Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players may not kill victims who have complied with a plausible demand in reasonable time unless involved in severe hostile activity against them or an ally within 3 hours. Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive. Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable. Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) Me and my gang was checking labs and we found an irish there but i told my gang not to shoot or give demands but one of our bois shoot at him and they started to chase me for nothing, So i tried to get away but it was impossible so i decided to snitch to a sheriff and then the irish said i got AK and armour on me so the Sheriff did a stop on men and then a guy jumps out of a contender and shoots me 2x in the head. I sat their listened to you snitching about everything for the serious crimes of robbery, and pulling guns on you. I interreacted told the officer to pull both of us out but than it was clear the officer didn't have enough proof to pull either of us out but wanted us to leave to hear more from you or get out of the situation of us attempting to rob you. So I pulled forward when the officer asked and injured you and fled from officers before a single cruiser could get on me. Directly taken from the death matching rules for reasons to be able to attack players you did the later part and you even admit to it. I did not kos you I was apart of the interaction while you snitched sitting right there and even spoke to you and officer. I escalated. You chose to snitch right in front of me and got attacked. I shot at Isak because he was snitching while I was sitting right next to him about me and my fellow allies chasing him and attempting rob him by blocking him in chilli tunnel. I never considered paleto highway stretch to be a busy high as the real life equivalent isn't either as its loosely based on the country side equivalent which is a small town called Filmore. I chose to shoot infront of the multiple Sd cruisers as it was clear I had the advantage in pulling far enough forward when asked to leave and catching the reporting party by surprise while he continued to sit stationary after snitching in front of me to the officers. I quickly assassinated the reporting party and fled without a single cruiser tailing me due the distance i had created before assassinating the reporting party. Reported party had never asked me to save pov so I thought he understand what he left him self open to by snitching openly in front of me of him being attempted to be robbed and blocked in. I request that the pov being sent privately be posted publicly unless the reason its not posted publicly meets report guidelines. Jellay Posted June 24, 2021 Report Share Posted June 24, 2021 REPORT DENIED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After our deliberations, we’ve concluded that this report will be denied for the following reason(s): Snitching to the police does grant valid DM Rights on you as per the rules, and therefore no DM was done in the provided evidence. This report was talked over with multiple staff members that all deemed that the rewards outweighed the risks and therefor it is not deemed as NPR. That being said, we do believe that there would have been other options that made more sense, and that this approached wasn't of the highest quality of RP. Please make sure to take all rationale actions in mind when an occasion such as this comes up, and try to pick the most realistic one. This decision is final.
