How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) I was working the Toll booth and I saw a friend roll up Nova Sky and I open the gate as she pulls up I tell her because I know her she is accepted for free as I was playing around cause she's a very nice person her friend decided to pay so they stopped and the gate started closing than ID 49 rolled up and Slammed into her pushing her though the closed Barricade Which I found was Power gaming since he did not give her a chance to finish her Roleplay she was doing which was unfair to her. So my guy got angary and went after him so I could make sure I got his ID number and tell him I was reporting him I can admit I did my own Error and I was hitting the bus with my Komoda he seemed he did not give a care he could of killed her the car was on fire he didn't even stop to make sure they was ok see I been in a few accidents I always my fault or not get out and make sure the others are alright him hitting her was NRP and him not checking on her was also NRP. I do accept any punishment you give me for my actions to him but I am making this report for Nova Sky 301 & 334 who could of died cause of his disrespect for the rules of the road. I do feel this is VDM but I do not know where the rule is located I searched for it to apply it but I could not find it so I labeled him hitting her under NRP I do wanna ask if you could put Speed cameras on the Tolls I did a Suggestion for it cause it happens a lot there people speeding to make the bars not appear to get though for free. As you can see in my pov I wasn't paying full attention to the driving but I did see that the tollgate was open and I was fully expecting the warrener to go through that's why on the reporting parties pov you see me stop at the gate that is closed for them and then just shoot off, you can see that i made no attempt at braking but this was not an attack on either people in the car this was solely just as I was paying minor attention to my driving as I thought the warrener would just pass and that is my bad. Reasoning for not stopping. As you can see in my pov i have id 334 aliased as bike robber and all altercations being in and out of character have been toxic and haven't benefited any situation in the slightest, with this I knew a report was coming anyway and I thought it would be easier to express what happened in a report rather than tell them oocly that I wasn't paying full attention to driving and icly saying I'm sorry for totalling their car which given the past actions with me and her friends wouldn't have ended well for either party and I believe would still have this very same outcome. As what they saw was me pushing them through a barrier whereas what I saw was me traveling at high speeds and having a major car accident. Ramming in the Kommoda. As you saw the reporting party was ramming my bus in a kommoda I dont blame him for it and dont think any action should be taken upon that as I believe that he was solely doing it to let me know he was delivering me ooc information and letting me know to save pov and that he was going to be reporting for for my actions, this did not hinder my rp at all therefore i dont think any more needs to be said about that part of the situation but that's just my opinion and its down to the admins to think and act upon that. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
HugoRastafish Posted June 15, 2021 Report Share Posted June 15, 2021 I also believe that the hit and run aspect of the situation could have been resolved in character using crime and police reports at the kommoda had a long time to get the plate of the vehicle and also use the cctv provided by the toll, but once again this is only my opinion and is the admins choice if they think the same or think different. I know where i was wrong and will accept a punishement for my thing but i was trying to stop you so i could speak cause all u wanted to do was finish ur route when hello u just about killed people for no Reason if they would of died it would of been NRP Powergaming and DM me i commited NRP to stop u so i could speak to you. HugoRastafish Posted June 15, 2021 Report Share Posted June 15, 2021 You see what you fail to understand is the toll was open therefor the rp in that aspect was finished and your point of me not caring about hitting her is an in character issue, but when the toll is open people who want to carry on rping should move their vehicle out of the way so its not stopping people from passing and continue to rp im not going to go back and forth with you here as its not going to benefit either of us. DOWN! be a realistic bus driver obey traffic laws and dont hit cars pushing them though the toll thats powergaming and its NRP and Illegal. NeganTrueSavior Posted June 15, 2021 Author Report Share Posted June 15, 2021 (edited) The Point your missing is u HIT A CAR FORCED IT THOUGH before she was done RPing just cause the speed limit is 145 dose not mean u can just HIT any one u want in ur way thats NRP in a Working Vehicle and its and forcing her to end the rp was Powergaming u still broke Server Rules. on tolls ur suppost to STOP for the TOLLS not GO THOUGH. The toll was up, which is a known bug. You should never skip the toll in this sense when it is up for a long period of time, because it scriptly does not stay open for that long. Negan_Luciano - Non-RP - You can be seen ramming the bus with a sports car. This is extemely unrealistic, as your car would be completely destroyed by the bus. In the future, do not ram large vehicles with a sports car. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
