• If a player's life is in direct danger they must RP adequate fear and comply with demands.
• A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot/bike or in an unpowered vehicle and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it.

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
I was the first unit on scene at a Bank Robbery.  I parked my vehicle strategically where the suspects bikes were parked in order to block their exit.  ID 87 came running directly at me, within a few feet, and did not comply to demands with a carbine pointed at his head.  Instead, he turned and ran the other way.  This caused a foot chase where I eventually captured a suspect, but was then surrounded and gunned down.  Had he complied, he would have been cuffed and immediately put into my cruiser to exit the situation until backup arrived.  Further video evidence is available to send to staff as it contains staff information.

Apologies to the reported party but I did not have time to advise them to save POV.  I did tell their comrade that was taken into custody that someone would be getting reported (which I also have evidence of), but the RP took 10 minutes to finish before I could even begin to review footage.

I was arrested during this and Irish had killed the cop and kidnapped me idk how i was not FRPING the gun was not aimed at me i saw him and turned the other way don't have any POV because the cop said that one of my buddy was getting reported not me

Yes.  I did in fact chase you down and take you into custody prior to being killed.  My initial report was not against you, but was against ID 87 (as shown in the initial post).  I'm fine dropping the report against ID 179 as I personally don't feel his FRP was as egregious as ID 87, and I personally feel he had cover/distance enough to warrant being able to escape.  But ultimately, whether or not that gets dropped will be up to the Philoop and Kraah.

I’m a fairly new player, I didnt know that i was wrong at the time of the incident. My mind was racing after my first bank robbery. After viewing the guys footage i do realize what i did wrong! Ive only been playing this server for like a week now and im learning as I go on in the server! I did not save any footage because i wasn’t told to do so
