Deathmatch (DM) Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) someone on the radio said that there is a 67 pulling into chiliad so me and one of my friends set of to go there and help him from the city and the guy was outside waiting, while we were on our way about 8 goblins pulled up and i got there but since we were out numbered we tried to leave and didn't take the fight and while were trying to pull out a kamacho blocks us and id 157 gets off his bike and while were moving past him he shouts " OUT OF THE CAR NOW" and at the same time of issuing demands he started shooting at me and my ally in the car and he did not even give us enough time to responded to his demands and after the when we reach the bridge everyone starts shooting at us which got us killed. I also pmed the ID 157 so we could sort this out between us and not take it to the forums but his reply was "you can report mate, I don't think i DM'ed Anyone". also asked them to save POV twice. BBakeYY Posted June 14, 2021 Report Share Posted June 14, 2021 (edited) Hello, Javier Antonio here First thing i want to say is you informed me to save pov way too late, making this an unfair report as i cant prove my innocence Now in his pov, it looks like blatant dm however, i believe this player was lagging as in my pov it looked alot different, i had shouted those demands twice. not once but for some reason it only picked up once i hope there is a way admins can investigate the players ping as this report is very unfair in the fact that i was not given a chance to prove what im saying is true, even in this players pov, you can see my character looking the wrong way and bugging, Also keep an eye on the issi, clearly lagging backwards and fowards. paroshh Posted June 14, 2021 Author Report Share Posted June 14, 2021 (edited) Hello i would like to say I'm pretty sure logs can prove that 30 seconds after i got injured i said "Save POV nice DM" and said it again 30 second after that while i was still injured on the floor. and if you were typing something it would have showed that you were typing above your head and also shown in the pov when you get off the bike you run straight towards me and aim at me which clearly shows you didn't type anything or give any demands. and if you think that you gave demands why give them again. Skiperz Posted June 17, 2021 Report Share Posted June 17, 2021 REPORT ACCEPTED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s): Javier_Antonio (157) - DM Punishment - The video evidence shows you opening fire at a vehicle right after shouting demands, however those demands where shouted at a moving vehicle, far from you, and also the occupants were not given the time to comply thus making the demands invalid. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Players may not kill victims who have complied with a plausible demand in reasonable time unless involved in severe hostile activity against them or an ally within 3 hours. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
