Kenny_Taylor [ID 70], Rex_Rogers [ID 5] & Timothy_Jefferson [ID 183] - NRP & Hacking

Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported: ID 70, ID 5, ID 183
Date of interaction reported: 14/06/2021
Unix time stamp from HUD:  1623650650, 1623651174

Your characters name: Tony_Solicetto
Other player(s) involved: Dax_Daigo, Reece_Robinson, Donte_Kupher, Ryan_Bonazza, Rocco_Jones

Specific rule(s) broken:

9. Non-Roleplay (NRP)

  • Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping

  • Robberies should be conducted in a realistic manner with reasonable in-character motive using secluded areas. Players should not conduct minor robberies in situations with high risk. Desert or forest areas are considered secluded but witnesses should still be considered.

4. Hacking and Exploits

  • Players must not have mods, trainers, or any kind of software installed that gives any advantage.

How did the player break the rule(s)?
In both videos you see this escalated at LSC, ending in the City Scrap - We went to fix our vehicles at LSC when this car pulls up, talking about our color yellow. He then proceeds to try and threaten us to take off our colors. The mechanic comes out with the Paragon(Which belongs to Rocco_Jones), too where one of the Players being reported gets in it, steals it in plain sight at LSC.. Most public, most cop driven place ever but they had no fear to steal it at all. They proceeded to chop it as anyone else would, but then when they begin opening fire - shit seemed mad odd when they were dropping people with that quick of a fire rate. The three of them took on approximately 5-6 people with not a worry in sight. You can see in my clip, that being above all of them as well having that advantage, but yet still being dropped with almost what seemed 1-2 bullets. I wasn't even able to duck if the case was legit from that fire rate, I feel something is suspicious about the way they went on about it.

Evidence of rule breach:

hi. I deleted original pov since I didnt know they actually thought I was hacking lol, here is a meme video of it though, next time get a better position and you wont have to accuse of hacks! cheers!

It was more for the Non-RP behavior brought forward from yourselves at LSC than the cheating, glad I could have seen your POV of that shooting though. Was questionable.

I was not the one who stole your car at LSC or even talked to any of you, all I went there for was to get my car repaired. Even so, maybe don't leave it unlocked if you don't want it stolen.

If you want  to talk about Non RP, shall we take a gander at your friend who combat logged, or shall we talk about the evidence you deleted where 67 was breaking the backup rule as you had two gangs there and called for backup.

Thank you so very much for the report and have yourself a blessed day, its a great day to be alive!

PENDING RESPONSE
―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided that this report cannot be concluded at this time. We would like to receive a response from the following player(s) to explain their side of the story:

  • @reecer100 - Reece_Robinson (82) - What frequency were you on when calling for backup, was it the same that Tony was on? If yes, and if it was another gang's frequency or a shared frequency, why were you calling for another gang for backup in a shootout?

If the requested player(s) do not respond within 24 hours, this report will be concluded based on the evidence that has already been provided, to the best of our ability.

Regards,
jason & Doan

First of all, thanks for looking into the situation.

Number 1: it was the ID 70 who was suspected of cheating as he was the one who killed me instantly as he saw me so his POV is the one thats needed for the cheating accusation as he killed all 8 of us. rexrodgers was never the one suspected of cheating. 2nd of all, you can see in rex rodgers video that it clearly says save pov in the video in /b. we also saw them at the parking lot and said the same thing to save to pov for the report in /b, i also believe that we pmed ID 70 to save pov as he was the clear cheater in the situation

Number 2: (i will also note, im not even a member of 67 im a hangaround. which is not a member so i dont get frequency they just ask for help on ops.)  No i was not on the same frequency as tony it was also not a gang situation it was three randoms in normal clothing so im not sure why the backup rule is being brought into the situation and It wasnt even currently a active shootout and nobody had given demands i went up and gave demands as they stole a car and were in a Illegal chop and we were all checking chops not knowing about the previous situation or what was going on (i cant remember the exact freq is thats what your asking)

(Not sure a "Meme" video is appropriote from the situation specially if the only person who was cheating cant provide POV, just seems like OOC Toxicity the way its portrayed )

you initiate a fight on us, spam /b as soon as you get smoked with "save pov" "clear hacks" then continue to talk in /b at parking lot after the situation, make a report, and then have the audacity to call me oocly toxic? yikes my jit check yourself befo you wreck yoself

Since when is a calling a player out for cheats and saying save POV its for a report and making a report OOC Toxicity I think your a little mixed up. Im not sure why You all dont have POVs when it was clearly asked for. Within the parking lot all that was said is tell ID 70 to save his POV for the report. the last point you made proves my point about your OOC Toxicity

REPORT DENIED
―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――

After our deliberations, we’ve concluded that this report will be denied for the following reason(s):

  • From the evidence provided, there is no reason to believe that any rules were broken. There is also not enough evidence to prove that any cheating claims are valid. The vehicle being stolen from LSC is not a rule break as there are no rules enforcing that vehicles/items can not be stolen from public areas unless they're spamming F at the same time as the owner, stealing vehicles as they spawn, or stealing the vehicle as it's being worked on. It goes without saying, but the rules surrounding NCZs and new player theft also apply to vehicle theft.

This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period. If you disagree with the outcome of this report, please file an appeal following the appeal guidelines and format.

Regards,
jason & Doan
