We where in a shootout with irish after some robberies that had accured and other shootings and ID 29 can be see crouch walking in an active shootout which has been ruled as NRP multiple times now. Here bellow you can see a report on the same rulebreak that got accepted with a nonrp punishment. Some words from the moderator Philoop in the report bellow that described the rulebreak "You utilized an advantage with the GTA physics, by crouching and strafing at the same time (crab-walking), to provide you an unrealistic speed boost making you a much harder target to hit. In the footage provided by the reporting party, you can see multiple bullets missing you due to your high speed. MistMp4 Posted June 13, 2021 Report Share Posted June 13, 2021 Hello to explain my side of the story I was crouching normally and wasn't moving to gain cover on those shooting me from below the hill and then when I started to sway left and right, I stopped crouching, hence why my ID started to show again. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s): There is no instance of crouch-walking taking place here. The player is crouching until he is engaged at which point he immediately stops crouching and is engaging in a fair fight. The video itself shows this exact behaviour. There will be no action taken against the reported player. Please take note of: Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit. Consider if you could possibly teach this player or if you've tried to come to a resolution on your own.
