New Life Rule (NLR) Upon a player's death all parties involved in the death should forget memory of all information and any negative interactions and events leading up to the death. Information prior to the death should be completely forgotten and is no longer valid justification for any future hostile action against those involved. How did the player break the rule(s)? Before all this had happened earlier the Guy and Women that was involved had gotten into an incident where it lead to them shooting the cops just because they found them with a gun, The police officers ended up shooting them both as one officer did end up getting injured due to the two people shooting them, The one with the Yellow Coat ended up dying and the women survived barley, Officers on previous scene even a detective can confirm that, well later on in that afternoon I was fishing on the pier minding my own business with some friends when I ended up going into my head, when I got back I was at Pillbox MD due to dying but as soon as I thought I checked my body cam and caught the same guy and women pulling up on a motor bike saying about target confirmed and then just started shooting me, At the time I was in my head so was unable to respond to anything or do anything but then I hear him say that's what you get for being a snitch which I remembered back I mentioned to the police he had a gun and he just killed me for that reason, But the situation is he died but apparently remembers everything from that situation earlier prior to his death. After I died the Guy also came looking for me and started taunting me, Saying things such as you think I'm done with you and more but I didn't pay attention much due to I died and my new life was ahead of me. If any confirmation is needed any officer you see in the Bodycam will Tell you that he did die due to he decided to start shooting the police as well as his Partner. vnikkar Posted June 12, 2021 Report Share Posted June 12, 2021 (edited) First of all, as you can clearly see we know each other ic and i had plenty of reason to shoot as they were chasing me around town and my character would obviously not just forget about that. About NLR, i would like to mention that you somehow got in your car even though you just died at the place, which is why i decided to roll up next to you because i thought you somehow survived. Kamu Ryoshi Posted June 12, 2021 Author Report Share Posted June 12, 2021 (edited) Hello, so after the incident I was at the hospital waiting and very confused to what happened as had to watch back some footage to explain all as I was AFK, but I was there for a good amount of time id have to say 20 mins, But I received a Phone call and next thing I was getting picked up in my car so my car was brought to me by someone I know IC and they drove me to where you seen in the video just outside the pier, I assumed because its a distance from where I died that it would be okay to wait there, as I waited there for a good 20 mins extra as I understand your not aloud to return to a scene of death until 30mins is over. Clip of driver to prove I was Picked up unfortunately I didn't catch the first bit https://streamable.com/qk63wc and to say the Guy saying he didn't know I died he kept shooting me after I dropped and would see that I had died as well as the situation he was chased was before he died by the police, Which he shot at a friend of mine because he tried cramming money down a girls bra and she slapped his hand away, even at that after dying all should be forgotten but this guy came back for revenge as seen in the video in report as he said it himself about revenge. Kamu Ryoshi Posted June 13, 2021 Author Report Share Posted June 13, 2021 Look at the Report I reported you Of today due to You came up to me and shot me, you had called me a snitch in the video while shooting me, Bare in mind you had died not long before that due to you thought it was good to shoot an officer because they tried to search you, You had been killed and there you should have forgotten the past due to the new life rule which was also involving me due to a little row we had, I'm going to leave it at this as I'm not the person dealing with this, Just saying what happened a few days ago should have been forgotten, Yes the other day you killed me but this report is about today not the past, Back then you never died So that was okay due to having a reason to kill me and I accept that now today you killed me for the 2nd time without realising you died before you killed me? with what happened now correct me if I'm wrong but you died by police hands, The police will confirm this. As i said earlier i thought you "somehow" survived since you were sitting in your vehicle at the place like nothing happened completely ignoring NLR. So i was curios and wanted to make sure it was actually you. You can see as you started speaking ooc i left the place, even though YOU are the one who is not supposed to be there. Kazjii Posted June 19, 2021 Report Share Posted June 19, 2021 REPORT ACCEPTED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue punishments to the following player(s): Betram_Slimklat [322] - Will receive a Punishment for DM and a Warning for Violating NLR. Kamu_Ryoshi [62] - Will receive a Warning for Violating NLR. Going through the provided evidence, Betram_Slimklat can be seen approaching the Kamu_Ryoshi on the Pier, shooting him and killing him for no valid reason. When asked about that, and why you killed him, you said that he was chasing you around the city. Chasing someone doesn't grant DM rights, and a proper interaction and an escalation must happen before you engage with anyone, therefore you'll be receiving a DM punishment. After the reporting player died and spawned at Pillbox, Betram_Slimklat can be seen having another interaction with him after approximately 18 minutes, at the Pier Entrance. You decided to have this interaction with him disregarding the fact that you killed him 18 minutes ago. Also, you were saying the exact same words to him when you killed him the first time "The target has been spotted", referencing your previous interaction with him, therefore you'll be receiving a warning for Violating NLR. Moving on, and while reviewing the provided evidence, we noticed that Kamu_Ryoshi was inside his vehicle when the second interaction happened between him and Betram_Slimklat. When Betram_Slimklat killed you on the Pier, your vehicle was there, meaning it was involved in your death, but you decided to interact with it regardless of that. You said that your friend brought it to you, but that doesn't change the fact that you interacted with it, therefore you'll be receiving a Warning for Violating NLR. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
