Hello, ID 19 Husq here, First, I would just like to give backstory of the whole situation which the reporting party has evidently failed to do so with what happened for the last 2-3 hours. Earlier in the day 67 said today would be a “bloody Sunday” this is clearly referencing the massacre in Northern Ireland. As such a threat accrued what has also been accrued in the past by 67 at steam boat. Everyone available decided to grab a heavy (AK’S SMG’S SHOTGUN’S) with some grabbing some armour too. After we was geared, we met at the Winery at around 23:00 to 23:30 with total numbers of 30-35. Once all being at the location, we had a couple scout’s looking for 67’s location, of which we found, their location what was first found at Chilli Lab which they were all seen with heavies, this led into multiple chases and demands being given but no fight, this happened between the whole map this went on for a span of around 2 hours 3 max. There was 2-3 hours' max worth of escalation behind this attack on this specific gang, which you failed to mention in the report. It was clear that both parties had the intent to inflict damage upon each other on the given opportunity which was tried multiple times as you said “they gave demands to one of my allies”. I mean even the reporting party knows our intensions were clear “we were chasing the pink Novak that were seen with armours and heavies as well as they gave demands to one of my allies” Yes, of course we had armour and heavies and gave demands to your ally. As at the end of the day you threatened us with a “bloody Sunday”, what we wouldn’t allow this to happen, I think our intentions were perfectly clear as you just said, we even gave previous demands to your allies. If you were chasing us for any other reason than to Rob/Kill or even shave us its far beyond me, you were both seen heavily armed chasing us after giving the demands as you said. would also like to say both members were heavily armed, one with an AK and one with a Shotgun. According to the rules “Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction” our motive behind this attack was to kill the evident threat. It’s pretty obvious that you were chasing us with to rob/kill us it was known it wasn’t going to end with us talking on the side of the road. But we managed to open fire first whilst you had no little to no backup. On top of this there was no way there was going to be a head-to-head fight as what was suggested, this was due to the late hours of this attack our numbers began to thin as well as PD bringing our heavily armed vehicles to prevent such events. So it was said if there was going to be any type of fight, we’d have to pick them of member by member when it was safe to do so, which so happened to be the rapid. "Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit. Consider if you could possibly teach this player or if you've tried to come to a resolution on your own." I tried to sort this out between myself there higher ups and himself, we don’t like or want to ruin other player's experience on the server we talked for some time and as of which was denied unfortunately. Unfortunately, I have no POV I didn’t see the “SAVEPOV”. But currently we are looking for any evidence from the previous escalation if I receive any it will be sent across to the admins taking this report. A few hours before this situation we got a radio call that around 50-60 Goblins, 6ix7even and red people were having a meeting at Palmer. As we have now gained this information we had thoughts to believe that either Goblins were going to go out with there last fight or war was about to break loose. So the whole of Daichead Gadai decided to grab heavies and a few of us grabbed armour too. After Irish grouped up and we counted our numbers (30+) we decided to send a few vehicles off to check some common areas. One of our scouts went to Chilliad Lab and fount the whole of 6ix7even flexing in the middle of Chilli with there heavy weaponry. So we all decided to move out and go towards Chilli. Once arriving at Chilli 6ix7even ran away from the actual lab, leading everyone into Paleto Forest, this was obviously going to gain some SD attention which it did and some members of ours ended up getting chased by SD. These 4 members ended up wiping 10 of PD, which is valid for later on. My vehicle decided to pull on a 2 man brawler with heavy weapons as they were 10+ Irish next to him, showing our obvious intentions and hostile actions, the brawler then went off-roading. We all were meeting at Truckers a few of them appeared and began grouping up. We moved out towards Elysian Islands bridge at which point 6ix7even continued to drive going 20km/h, we all drove side by side in attempts to not get boxed in. We then had to wait for multiple c0s, at which point PD ended up arriving on scene. So we all moved up North away from PD. We had been in multiple situations where demands had been issued. We later decided to call it a night and all of us began putting our heavies away because PD now had an Armoured Kuruma and multiple Insurgents out and was hunting anybody in green. We were travelling up North in attempt to get one of our vehicles that were stashed. When passing Big Dawg we began getting chased by a Rapid GT. We went on a few minute chase and we decided we had to hop out on them before they got more people as we did not have the numbers to take a big fight and get murdered. Seeing as we also outnumbered these guys 4:2. When I hopped out the vehicle I immediately shouted "out of the vehicle now" multiple times, but I did not realise I was only whispering. The driver of the Rapid stops the vehicle, as if he was going to hop out, then begins driving forward again, charging at us before then reversing out of the area, when all 4 of us are out and brandishing our weapons. I believe that if the Rapid driver did indeed want to get out of that alive then he could have, he could have either continued driving and ran us over when we aimed or they could have never entered the bridge and get that close in the first place. As Husq said, our intentions were obvious, if you listen to there radio chatter they say "we are chasing the pink Novak that were seen with armours and heavies as well as they gave demands to one of our allies". We had been actively getting chased all night and I believe we had enough motive at the time, but it is an honest mistake of me whispering, mistakes happen and that is on me. There windshield was also broken so if my demands were valid then they would have been able to hear me. If we did not kill these two people that were chasing us, our chances on escaping were much lower, simply for the fact they were in a Rapid and it is extremely hard to lose a Novak when you are in a Rapid + NG was out that night and if they had seen us we would have been all fucked. Once we murdered these two we then all laid low for the night. Due to this threat, everybody geared up with heavy weapons and kevlar and stacked up in 4 deep cars. We all met up at the winery at approximately 23:20 pm BST and had roughly 32+ people. After leaving the winery scouts were sent out to locate 67, in which they did. A chase then pursued back and forth. Them chasing us, us chasing them. I think our intentions were perfectly clear since as you said, we gave demands to your ally previously. If you were chasing us for any other reason than to drag us out on the side of the road and to rob/kill us would be beyond me. There was 3 hours worth of escalation behind this attack, which you failed to mention in the report. It is clear that this was a hostile chase as you said yourself, that we gave demands to your allies and as a result you chased us when you next saw us. According to the rules “Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction” Our motive behind this attack was to kill the evident threat due to the escalation and prior interaction with the reporting party. As I previously said, it’s pretty obvious that you were chasing us with intent to rob/kill us. However, we managed to open fire on you first whilst you had no backup immediately on scene. Furthermore, due to the late hours of this attack our numbers began to thin. We knew that we could not take a head on fight with 67 so instead decided to pick the rapid off whilst it was possible and safe to do so and then escape safely without being chased by any other vehicles. As seen in my POV I only began opening fire once the rapid reverses away from the guns being aimed at them. As for you @VzComplex, it is unfair that after you killed us and IC events happened, you just want to figure it out OOC'LY. After all, we are free to report it or not and no one could affect our decisions. Reports guidelines are very clear, if we see someone breaking rules we have to report it, and that's what we did. We are not looking to add admins logs to anyone or anything else like you said. Those are false statements and you should just avoid making these. 1love. khlifa Posted June 14, 2021 Author Report Share Posted June 14, 2021 Hello In the POV's below i can be seen going from the city up north, heard calls on radio about the pink novak that gave my ally demands aswell as they were seen, after leaving elysian island, near the red bridge with armors on. that's why i continued the chase, giving my allies calls so they can catch up. Danyby Posted June 14, 2021 Report Share Posted June 14, 2021 (edited) Hello again, This is my extended pov, I can't get more since I record only the previous 3 minutes, but we didn't show any hostile actions to the pink novak at any time, if any of the reported parties have evidence of the opposite of what I'm saying, please show it up. We were chasing the pink novak for the reason that it gave demands to one of the 67 member, so we giving callouts to this teammate se he can catch up and can take his revenge, you can hear me asking if he's still around. Also we kinda saw in previous situation at red bridge that they have body armors and heavies, but no shootout occurred or any bullets got fired, that doesn't mean they have DM rights on us so. Also, when I watched my extended POV, I noticed novak wiggling to gain speed which is a non rp action. (1623454471 - 1623454482) I would ask for an extended POV from the reporting parties to clear this out and see it from their point of view. 4. Hacking and Exploits Players must not have mods, trainers, or any kind of software installed that gives any advantage. Server bugs may not be used for advantage and must be reported on ECLIPSE Roleplay forums. Server scripts must not be exploited in any way, e.g. circumventing AFK timer. I would also ask for an extended POV from the reporting parties to clear this out and see it from their point of view.
