How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
Provide an explanation of how they broke the rule(s) here. The explanation of the player rule breach must be concise as well as factual and limited to a maximum of 300 words. Should the explanation exceed this limit, the reviewing staff member can request an update and if still non-compliant following the provided time, the report will be denied. As you can see in the clip this officer I believe this officer broke the rules as you can see him tbagging over my dying body even though he is supposed to help me and give me treatment, I believe the player did this as I have a recent report on him already and was trying to toxic although I am not using that as the rule breaking as I suppose I don't have any direct evidence of that. It is also important to note not only do I have to sit there and do nothing while he 'tbaggs' on me I also died as he did that instead of actually treat me, had he just treated me I would have had time to live and suffered as I was not able to interact with the people before preventing some good roleplay ideas I had. Although I already have a report on him I don't think it is fair that he does this as I was simply trying to roleplay the first time and this time. Also I have evidence of me dying soon after the tbag moment and having to follow NRL if you need that as well but it is very brief but if need be I can post it.

• No rules have been breached in this situation. It's not against the rules to crouch near a player or on top of him. 

  Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit. Consider if you could possibly teach this player or if you've tried to come to a resolution on your own. Reporting another player should be reserved for your final options when a rule breach has occurred.
