How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
We were arresting the man due to him evading the police earlier, we ended up on the beach after a solid 5 minutes of swimming. He then mass rule broke whilst we were trying to get him treated by MD, and ended up c0'ing at the end and not coming back.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s):

• Matthew_Thompson (252) - Not here to RP.

Going through the provided evidence, Matthew_Thompson can be seen getting arrested by the reporting player. During the arrest procedure, the medic was trying to RP with him. Matthew can be seen running in place while injured and pulling out his knife while he's cuffed, showing no intention of providing any good quality RP. When asked by the reporting player to respond to his RP after you were seemingly ignoring it, you decided to insult him in OOC chat. Then, the medic was trying to RP with you by loading you up on the stretcher, but you felt it's appropriate to respond with "/do no I wouldn't" which is an unrealistic response to his RP. When he asked you why you responded that way, you said that you're mad and you don't require medical attention in OOC chat disregarding the fact that you were injured after the pursuit had ended. Moving on, the medic told you that you're injured and you can't resist because of that, so you decided to call her idiot in OOC chat, which again demonstrates very poor OOC behavior towards the involved players. In the end, you decided to throw another insult in IC chat and then proceeded to disconnect from the server mid-RP, showing no intention of providing any decent RP, therefore you'll be receiving said punishment.
