How did the player break the rule(s)? 
I was at Paleto MD after dying in a gun fight with Irish. Spawned at MD with my gang and these guys just started talking trash. They told me to go accross the street, wich i knew was still an NCZ. Before i could do anything, they just stabbed and killed me.

Conversation starts around 2 mins, DM is towards end. I've never spoken to these two ever. Just came up to me running it.

• Nicky_Akuma [3] @Burnem86 - Can you explain the rationale of running across the street after the players told you "Come across the street and we'll jump you"?

I didn’t think they would do anything being that it was a NCZ/ Sheriff department….I don’t see how I would at all be in the wrong here. I told them to leave multiple times. Weather I ran across the street or not should have nothing to do with getting stabbed to death in a NCZ or Police barracks, over a couple of words. They said jumped, that’s a fist fight..either way it’s an NCZ. I didn’t hit them or do anything to provoke the situation besides fire back a few words. They also robbed another play just before doing this in a separate NCZ. The farm robbery report right below mine.

• Non-Roleplay: Poor Roleplay/Unrealistic Roleplay - Breach of No Crime Zone. (Paleto MD & Paleto Impound)

The following is being issued to you for the reasons stated, and have decided to take action and issued them on your admin records, upon the review of the fooatge. We find it poor and unrealistic for yourself and a friend, to start a backyard brawl, in this situation, approaching the player in a No Crime Zone (PaletoMD), initiating a scenario and unnecessary beef amongst yourselves, hurling out insults to provoke and bait the other party which then lead to their injuries and when it appeared that you cannot loot them, you proceeded to both dip and run away.

The following is being issued to you for the reasons stated, and have decided to take action and issued them on your admin records, upon the review of the footage. We find it poor and unrealistic for yourself and a friend, to start a backyard brawl, in this situation, approaching the player in a No Crime Zone (PaletoMD), initiating a scenario and unnecessary beef amongst yourselves, hurling out insults to provoke and bait the other party. Not only this, upon the provication, you them knifed and attacked the party in another No Crime Zone (Paleto Impound) and when it appeared that you cannot loot them, you proceeded to both dip and run away.

• Spoken to about taking care of their characters health and wellbeing instead of taking on a scenario where their life can be taken away.

The following is being issued to you for the reasons stated, and have decided to take action in regards to the review of the footage. Whilst they were the ones to initiate and act up on the scene, you character is still recovering due to a previous scenario which then ended for yourself in need of medical treatment and recovery, viewed with your health and wellbeing meter as extremely low. The reported players threatened that they will jump you, and as someone who has experience on the server, it is commendable that you chose to roleplay with them, but should have stopped there and should have ignored the bait and acknowledgement of them telling yourself to come across the street as they will attack you, as once again, your character is not feeling their very best and life can be once again be taken and be viewed as failing to fear for your characters life, moving forward, it should always be your best interest to take care of your character.
