Deathmatching- Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) I was driving from Paleto quickly to the Pillbox hospital to pick up a friend. On my way there, a money truck to my right is going straight until he sees me then swerves into my lane and visibly aggressively rams me. The thing is, he begins to hit me and doesn't stop until I'm on the barrier of the highway. I would like to note a few things such as: 1. He hit my car so hard it went from 905 to 0, and caught on fire. Number 2, he rammed me with a GOVERNMENT vehicle. Lastly, 3. If you look in the video it seems pretty intentional. He has no reason to do this, and I'm not accusing but, it doesn't seem like a coincidence that he was dressed as a Russian and I was dressed at a Goblin and we are not on good terms, so he might have done it on purpose for this reason, but I am not 100% certain. I also wanted to add that after the crash, he lies and tells me he signaled a left turn, even though he never did in the video. I did not check behind me before I changed lane I didn’t know he was coming I just moved to the left lane without checking behind and all of a sudden he was there I didn’t know which is why I stopped and reversed to apologise. I did not know he was goblin until he got out the car when I apologised and he was abit mad Why did you choose to use a scripted job vehicle to ram the reporting party's vehicle in this incident i didn’t mean to ram him at all I switched lanes not knowing he was coming. I forgot to check behind me before moving lanes this is why I stopped to apologise to him. It was definitely not intentional. Also I didn’t choose a job vehicle to ram I was doing a job route and this incident happend on my Job route. There’s many times where car accidents happen because someone didn’t check their mirrors or because they were in the wrong lane etc. Especially with bus routes in paleto. That’s all it was. It was not an intentional ram at all I was switching lanes not knowing he was there. The money trucks are heavy and take time to turn so when I hit him it may look like I was pushing againts him intentionally but if you have drove money trucks before you know they’re hard to move from left to right. If it was intentional I would’ve carried on and made fun of him or maybe things would have led to another and a fight may have happened. But no, I revered apologised told him it was a accident and he was telling me save pov etc getting frustrated. I apologize if this is a waste of time, just from the clip, it seemed pretty intentional due to him going completely straight the whole way down the road until I'm right next to him, he just decides to randomly change lanes the exact second I'm passing (??) and did not put on a signal, even tho he said he did IC, and it didn't even look like he was turning into the left lane at all until I was right there if you look in the video. Bad timing? Regardless, if it was genuinely not intentional and a mistake by him, then I apologize for this report. I do want to confirm what he said, he did apologize to me IC after the crash, but I was frustrated IC (obviously) and was rude at points IC because he apologized but then later said it's "not his problem" that he hit me and kind of implied it that was my fault I was in the left lane before he leaves the scene. Anyway, until admins respond I will not post further on this topic. Much love and let me know if you need anything. We have decided to ACCEPT this report. ID 305 - Jaquan_Wenner Spoken to about operating scripted work vehicles in a reckless manner. Upon reviewing the footage, logs and statements provided during this scenerio from all parties involved. We do not believe that you intentionally rammed the reporting party's vehicle as you both have confirmed that you went back to check on them after so we will not consider it to be VDM. However, you will be receiving a spoken to in regards when operating a scripted work vehicle, you should be taking care of how you are driving as you are RPly working for a company and the vehicle is not yours. Changing lanes suddenly without checking behind you for any upcoming vehicles is a careless and reckless move to make, so extra precaution should be taken as it would make more sense RPly. As a side note, we would also like to include that even if you believe that VDM has occurred, you must still roleplay your injuries that you would have sustained, even if you are not scriptly injured and should seek the proper medical treatment. Significant crashes like this shouldn't be brushed off and forgotten about like nothing happened, but instead should be roleplayed out fully in all aspects, an example being visiting the medical department to receive a quick checkup. ____ Please make sure you are conducting yourself in a manner of good roleplay attitudes and proving yourself to be a positive member of the community.
