(300 words maximum) Me and my two friends wanted to buy an apartment, they had a friend - (Reggie_King) who offered us his apartment. At the time we were NEW to the server. We didn't know about BITCOIN apartment- That can not be sold via script. So he told us not to worry about that - that everything is good. Right at the time when I was about to "buy" give him money and RP sign contract- I even send a /report 1 to ask. But they confused me even more. So I was like okay, lets buy it anyway. He made a contract via /me - /do and we signed that. (I gave 100k and my friends gave 25k each - Total 150k) He gave us permissions over the apartment. After a week or two, He told me not to come to apartment, because someone left apartment unlocked and he had to change the keys. (Idk why he did that since apartment is mine? I bought it.) I tried to go there and to put something in apartment, I had no permissions over it. I was trying to reach him IC to return me money. But he would ghost me and give me only false promises. If you have chat-logs over messages over phone in game you can check that. We were very new to the server, this was my 1st gta5 server that I played so I didn't screenshot much. I have a few screenshots of that night. *Edit* i forgot to mention, that He gave me only 30k back a day ago. I would like to start off by saying his edit is wrong! for proof of transaction you can feel free to message my on discord the full amount was repaid also as for "ghosting" you was told yesterday that I wasn't around you then told me you understood so I'm not sure as of why you have put this in the report. Yesterday a member of staff explained to you of why there was a wait and why I wasn't around, I didn't know that you couldn't sell off credit apartments when the staff member told me I resolved the issue yet you have brought this to the forum when its been resolved? I can't grasp what you are trying to get at? you was paid your amount & I took the keys back? also as for your statement "He told me not to come to apartment, because someone left apartment unlocked and he had to change the keys" Yes this is correct there was three people that had full permissions when I went to my apartment that's in the same complex out of habit I went to my credit one (at the time yours) when at the door it was unlocked & there was another person added with full perms so I removed all & locked the door then specifically messaged you IC to collect new keys you then you told me that I "broke the contract". I then took a break from ECRP came back you demanded your money & got it? you was okay with me yesterday & understood all things said so I'm shocked that you have taken this here after it been resolved. also your statement "We were very new to the server" although you may have been new this had nothing to do with our deal. simply a lack of understanding on both sides of the party that I will admit to when I was told not to sell of credit apartments I resolved it, I await your response have a great day, thanks just a quick edit: jack has received 150k from me IC this was a IC issue so what am I being reported for exactly? I am Nikolai Starov So I'm trying to stand in the middle and not be based towards any side here but I fail to understand how was this resolved? You didn't give Jack his money back, you gave him only 30k. You Reggie signed an "RP contract" with Jack, of full ownership so RPly you wouldn't have keys to that apartment. That's how it was supposed to be in the first place, you can't magically change the lock of a home that's not yours anymore. Real life doesn't work like that. Vergil wasn't online, my character Nikolai Starov wasn't online those days and Jack didn't give anyone permissions. Even if any of us left it unlocked or gave anyone else permissions that doesn't concern you anymore since you wanted to take this all IC and you don't own the house. So not only did you powergame and metagame if we take it ICly like you wanted it to stay, it was totally non RP and didn't make any RP sense whatsoever.
