How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
I was coming back from picking weed plants in the mountains. After I park my bike I notice a strange man in the bushes outside my apartment. I spot him with a gun in his hand (not aimed at me, just had it in his hands). At this point I walk to the front of my apartment which has security cameras by the doors. I wait for about 2 minutes then walk inside of my apartment knowing this man could potentially come in after me. Once I get to my floor I Immediately wait by the elevator with my knife out. I see the man come to my floor with a gun already in his hands, so I immediately stab the man.  After stabbing him twice he hits the floor, it is at this point where the man just uses the elevator to avoid dying. I wait about a minute to leave my floor to go get my bike and drive to my other apartment, but the man was still outside and he killed me. I didn't think he would still be there, and I really didn't think he would murder me in front of the cameras.

• @Zineth - Zineth_Perera (53) - What was your reasoning behind entering this player's apartment with a gun drawn? Additionally, why did you use the elevator to instantly escape a fight when, realistically, an elevator wouldn't just immediately teleport you out of a situation.

• @Khaki Rock - Khaki_Rock (63) - Why did you immediately start stabbing this player despite not having DM rights?

Hello Jason, thank you for taking this report.  I was going to tell him to leave the floor immediately if he did not have his gun already drawn and in his hand (in the video I pause for just a moment to make sure he has gun in hand). I already knew he was a threat before I went up to my apartment. If I would have waited to give demands with a knife he could have just started shooting. I doubt he was coming to my floor to give me a hug with his gun in his hand. I feel like coming to another persons apartment with a gun in hand is enough to stab somebody. Especially since he was just lurking in the bushes outside with the gun already in his hand.

Hello there,
Zineth Perera here.

So as the reason to enter the Floor is this guy was collecting plants at drug labs multiple days which means he have a Lab in his apartment. And the day that this scenario happens I was checking labs and I saw him with a bag which means he is collecting plants so I found him at Weazel plaza apartments and Followed him to his floor but at the TIme I followed him When I went to his floor to just check if the door will smoke or no, HE started to stab me instantly without giving me enough time or any demands. Which made me panic and leave the apartment instantly So as the NRP mechanic abusing Normally in real life you wouldnt teleport to a floor like the elevator in GTA your door must open first so practically I couldve seen him with the knife out if there is a door opening scenario in ECRP therefor I would've closed the elevator quickly and ran away or take my gun out and give him demands... But In My POV he didnt stabbed me he was stabbing the floor so I decided to leave the floor and wait for him to come outside to give him demands or wait a bit if he doesnt comes out sneak into the apartment in an manner to raid him. Unfortunately I dont have my POV because nobody told me to save so....
