How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
I was on patrol as i would always and then i pulled over a guy for speeding then suddenly ID 199 comes out of nowhere and rams into my cruiser without any IC motive or interaction and then ID 199 and ID 143 both got out of their vehicles and pointed a gun at a police officer at broad daylight in middle of street which i consider as a Non-roleplay and Player theft they didnt conduct this robbery in realistic manner and then they robbed my cruiser from me then left.
