ID 45 - As soon as the shootout ended and more units arrived to the scene ID 45 decided to disconnect from the server.
ID 205 - As soon as I arrived on scene and provided CPR to him, he decided to disconnect from the server. No attempts to reach out were made.

Hi there, Harvey Wilby (ID 205) here, thanks for the staff having to deal with the report made against me, Id like to hold my hands up and say sorry for the combat log, I was having a really bad day oocly and I took it out on the game it was an heat of the moment rage, my admin logs are very clean and I don't know what came over me I can assure you it wont happen again and I'm sorry to the reporting party for this.

Apologies for the late response. I still haven’t been able to get in-game and wasn’t notified on the forums it seems. 

When I said I “should go bed”, I meant it’d be smart to do so as I had work the day after the incident. However, if my internet allowed me I could’ve continued. I think the message where I say I should go bed is a bit irrelevant. There was no time limit on how long I could participate in the ongoing roleplay.

As I told both parties, my internet wasn’t functioning and I could not reconnect and return to continue the roleplay. I attempted to come back for some time until I decided to stop trying and head to bed to prepare for my work day.

I guess what happened was just unfortunate. There wasn’t a lot I could do about it besides reaching out to the reporting parties and informing them about my situation. 

If this negatively affected their RP, I would like to apologise sincerely. It wasn’t my intention.

Thanks to the staff for taking the time to read my response and handling the report.

 

edit: I forgot to address the potential evidence. I do not have access to my desktop tonight, but if you allow me I will check tomorrow and update if I have any.

Harvey_Wilby│ID 205: Combatlogging - As shown in the evidence, you disconnected while in an active RP scenario, and also admitted to purposefully disconnecting due to being in a bad mood. I highly suggest you keep your temper under control while playing on the server, so you don't let IC scenarios affect you OOCly.

Steven_Lee│ID 45 (Rafi_Leib) reached out to the party involved and communicated the fact that their internet was down. Instead of telling them that a report was going up, you could've instead planned to continue the RP at a later date when their internet was functioning properly. They tried to reconnect for ~30 minutes and then decided to go to bed since it didn't seem like their internet was coming back up.
