Hi Javier Antonio here,

First of all i dont have pov as i simply wasnt recording at the time, thats my bad

When I saw the player pulling out his gun, i was reversing, i quickly accelerated into him as i would be allowed to with valid motive (motive being hes aiming at my ally)

however shots bascially instantly rang off, turning it into an active shootout about 1 second before i hit him

It was too late to stop as the trophy truck really doesnt have the best brakes

REPORT DENIED
―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――

Thank you for your patience while this report was under review.

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s):

  • Going through the provided evidence, the reporting player can be seen having a conflict with ID 233. He gets out of his Bifta and pulls out his gun on him, then a shootout starts instantly. As he was pulling out his gun, Javier_Antonio runs him over with his vehicle and takes off.

We decided that pulling out a gun on someone and threatening the life of an ally would be a valid motive to run the attacker over. In the provided footage, the shootout already started, but the reported player was already in the process of running the reporting player over, driving from a fairly short distance, therefore it was a close call.

This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period. If you disagree with the outcome of this report, please file an appeal following the appeal guidelines and format.

Kind Regards,
Jellay &
Harveyyy
