How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
After a shootout with Goblins at the Dam, someone was shot from a bush and a few of us going searching for the person. I get shot from the bush and ID 269 repeatedly crouch walks sideways in and out of the bush giving him an unrealistic advantage. My last report for this same rule-break:

Carlos_David│ID 269: Spoken to about NRP - As shown in the evidence, you were crouch-running while in an active shootout. It's not realistic to crouch-run while shooting and gain a speedboost from it. However, it seems like you were also trying to take cover at the same time. Be mindful of the fact that you should worry more about surviving (taking cover).
