Prior to the RP event, I was contacted by the character IG known to me as Caesar, the leader of the Grim Reapers, in my personal discord, regarding a second character I had IG, where he states "New Character lol (laughing face emoji) (See below image). “Caesar” later contacts me, in my personal discord. Here he addresses the events of this report, an IG event he was not present for, and then proceeds to detail resolved dispute issues, previously resolved IG/OOC, as if to suggest the threat of retribution if I filed a report against those involved. To my knowledge, no player report was filed by the individual.

@jason I have edited my description to the requested 300 characters. I would like to state however that this requirement leaves out much of the expanded detail I feel is relevant to the report and that I believe will result in reducing the severity, especially in the OOG Discord communication with "Caesar", associated with this report. I am disappointed in the requirement that I minimize my description to a word count that I feel is insufficient in addressing my concerns, which have negatively impacted my Eclipse RP experience. In the case of similar experiences in the future, I will instead submit individual player reports to ensure sufficient detail can be provided.

In regards to why I returned to the pier, there is one individual who was present on the pier, within that group, that I have exchanged threats with IC. After he stated IC "lets take this off the pier" I left, assuming he would follow me so that we could settle out issues (with violence if required) outside of the public pier location. Rather than that individual following me, another individual who I have never interacted with (ID 17) followed me. I returned to the pier to question why he did not follow me, and attempt again to have him follow me to take the dispute off the pier, a public location. Unfortunately you cannot hear my audio in my clips, but I do specifically taunt the IC "Jerry".

Hi and thank you for your time and patience while reviewing this report. My in game character is Rose Drake. I feel as though I need to give a bit of background of the situation that led to this event to better explain my perspective. I also feel as though it is very important to hear Alex’s verbal comments in the clip when making a decision on this report as you cannot hear it in his clips. Here's my perspective on the situation: I was pretty good friends with Alex (Alex is the reporter's IC name that he told me and the rest of the gang) while he was in the Grim Reapers. I was not in the game when he left the gang on 6/4. I signed on later that night and found out. Alex called me and wanted to talk at his apartment about it and pay me the money he owed Caesar and I. The main point of why I am explaining all of this is what happened inside the apartment. Alex was yelling at me because of everything and saying I never defended him, that it was to get back at Caesar, etc.. He took all my clothes (without consent) except for my pants off, shaved my head and made me stand facing a large window. As you can probably guess, this was very stressful for me IC. (this is also my first rp server, I have been a part of the server for less than 2 months, and it was a situation I had never rp’ed before so in the moment I will admit that OOC I was bit stressed as well as I never handled a situation like this before.) The last thing I want to bring up from this specific incident: I was not around at the end of the situation as I went to Caesar and I’s apartment before the rp was over as IC I was very embarrassed and needed clothes so I never knew that the situation was agreed resolved IC and OOC.(relates to why I said my OOC statement in the report. I know this isn’t what you are asking for, but I just wanted to address why I said that. I let my anger and stress get the best of me in the moment and I shouldn't have said that, I was just tired of him constantly threatening to report in ooc with every interaction even though no rules broken at that time.)

The next situation I would like to bring up as background: Later the night of the kidnapping (6/4), Alex came to the peer to taunt us and was yelling things like “wow looking good Rose” and “oh you're not bald anymore”, calling me “Caesar’s bitch” plus other things to taunt myself and bait a fight with others as he well knows that our gang is going to stick up for each other and doesn't stand for that. I also am friends with quite a few people on the pier and the people who came up in the reported incident were friends and not in Grim Reapers colors- that's why they got involved in the reported altercation. 

On 6/6, which is the situation this report is about, he did the same thing- approached us at the pier and started taunting me, yelling things at me - a lot of the same things as previously stated. Part of my character’s development is her confidence- the past 3 days I have been working at building it back up IC since the kidnapping incident. When Alex approached us yelling these things at me once again, I felt as though Rose needed to punch him as he was not responding to my or anyone else’s requests to leave and he just kept taunting myself and others. I needed to show him that she can defend and stand up for herself even after what he did to her. Right after I punched him, I had a feeling he would've tried to pull a gun on anyone in the situation so I ran to my car (as you see in his clip) to be ready to grab my gun if I saw him grab one so I would not be kidnapped or put into a situation like that again nor would my friends. I never pulled it out as I did not see him pull one out. 

This situation has started to stress me out IC and OOC due to the constant taunting and threatening of reporting us when we are following all the rules. I am still new to rp so I am not used to this and it has me stressed affecting my RP experience. I understand RP scenarios need to be played out but there’s a point at where it needs to stop when it's going too far and this situation has crossed that line waaay too far in my opinion and perspective/experience.

Alex has been pushing all of us since the situation started with the kidnapping. He even has come to the pier again (last night- 6/7) since this reported incident and approached and stayed with a small group (4 of us) that I was with, he started again with his taunting when one of my friends asked him to leave and I asked him over PM to leave me and my friends alone but continued to say a bunch of stuff to my friend and I (I do have body cam of this). I left the situation with one of those friends. It seems and feels as though he has been trying to bait us into a reportable offense even though I have followed all server rules to the best of my ability. Him constantly coming to taunt me at the pier knowing that myself, other gang members and my friends are going to stand up for me. Every interaction with him since then he keeps saying things in /ooc and would not stop messaging me in /pm about reporting even though I explicitly stated that he was making me and my RP experience feel uncomfortable but I still worry about him continuing this and only wish for him to leave me alone. He has shown that he is not willing to stop and leave us alone. He even contacted me through discord again later the night of the reported situation about him making a report. (I ignored and will block him after this report is resolved, I just want to ensure I have record if needed before I block.)

I apologize for my lengthy explanation but I wanted to include some information that he happened to leave out and explain some background to fully grasp where I am coming from and the leadup to this entire situation. If you would like me to edit this down, I will try my best to do so. But again, if we are able to get ahold of body cam of the statements he made during this incident, I believe it will make a lot more sense as to why we did what we did and aide in a decision.

I feel I need to clarify much of the statements made by nevetni in this post as it seems to paint me in an extremely negative light. First, my characters name was Alexander Muchadha, I only changed it after the events that took place as I aim to start anew in different aspects of the city, since the gang “profession” was ruined for me after these experiences.

Nevetni plays an IC girlfriend to the gang leader Caesar. After I found out IC that he had told others I was kicked out of the gang, I plotted to get back at him by shaving his girlfriends hair. After putting zipties on her, I proceeded to take off her gang jacket. For males IC there is an undershirt, I assumed it was the same for women. As soon as I removed her jacket, I immediately realized there was nothing but a bikini top underneath, immediately apologized both IC and OOC, and put her jacket right back on (I have POV of this).

I am very sorry that this resulted in her statement “OOC I was bit stressed”. However, if an in game kidnapping causes OOC stress, how am I supposed to know and or plan for that? Her statement that she was “very embarrassed and needed clothes” is false, as like I said I immediately returned her jacket, and following events later in the RP, she was able to recover literally everything off the ground and stayed in my apartment until the RP took all of us outside my apartment, where she then left (again, I have POV supporting this).

As far as her statement “I never knew that the situation was agreed resolved IC and OOC”, others in the group specifically stated OOC they were checking with Nevetni to ensure she was okay with the resolution, which Caesar later stated both IC and OOC, that her character, and her, were okay with it being resolved.

I did in fact return to the pier the night of 6/4 to taunt the RP event, but again, to my knowledge at this time any issues that anyone had, myself included, with the earlier RP Events, were to my knowledge settled, and I was just continuing the RP Scenario began earlier.

I feel like the justification for the 6/6 event “Part of my character’s development is her confidence- the past 3 days I have been working at building it back up IC since the kidnapping incident.”, is literally something I could never have known, nor did she RP at any point that this is what she was trying to do.

Again, she states this “has started to stress me out IC and OOC”, again how am I even supposed to know this?

On my next login to the city on 6/7, I spawned in at the pier, as that is where I had logged out on 6/6. I walked over to go fishing, and was immediately told to leave the pier by someone with whom I have never interacted. I intentionally did not even mention Nevetni’s IC, or talk to her in any manner. I would appreciate a POV where she can demonstrate she "asked him over PM to leave me and my friends alone”. I have reviewed my shadowplay of the event, this never happened.

She states “It seems and feels as though he has been trying to bait us into a reportable offense”. This is the same statement her IC boyfriend stated in his OOG Discord comment to me. I can assure you, nothing I am doing is to “bait” anyone into breaking the rules. It is 100% the individuals choice whether they break a rule or not, so how can I be “baiting” someone to break a rule?

She also states “would not stop messaging me in /pm about reporting even though I explicitly stated that he was making me and my RP experience feel uncomfortable”, this never happened. Again, since the report was filed I have had 0 contact with anyone involved IG, or OOG, aside from requesting some individuals save POVs or Discord logs, based on an admins recommendation to give individuals the knowledge that the report was coming. I have not contacted Nevetni in game, and this statement is an outright lie. If she can provide POV of any communication with me, aside from a discord message stating “Please ensure you maintain the discord logs between you and Dola to include both last nights IG events as well as this evenings. I will be including it in my forum report.”. The last previous conversation with her at all OOG was on 5/31.

I apologize again if this is causing Nevetni any OOC difficulty, however her response seems to aim to make her out to be nothing but a victim. She leaves out any mention of her involvement in the gang waiting right outside my apartment door, waiting to kidnap me, which they did following my kidnapping of her, and shaving my head, robbing me of all my items, making me pull my cars out of eclipse garages so that they could check them for items, then steal them and take them to chop shops, parading me in front of Eclipse with no clothes on, zip tied, at gunpoint, and then taking me to the pier where they aimed to further parade me around before a police officer pulled up. In fact the only reason I went through with the kidnapping of her character was because I waited outside Eclipse for her arrival and saw the other Gang members arrive with her (I have POV again to support all of this).

If this event really did cause her or anyone else involved some sort of distress, or if she really “never knew that the situation was agreed resolved IC and OOC”, why did she, nor anyone else, not file a player report? Finally, at the end of the day this is a game, and if in game events are causing someone to be effected OOC, such as she states numerous times, why does she continue to play the game?

If given the opportunity to post what bodycam and screenshots I do have as evidence, I would really appreciate it. I would really like to get to the bottom of this situation as I have evidence of PMs happening after the reported situation, evidence of me PMing him to leave me alone, as well evidence that shows him approaching my group on a bike on the pier after this was reported (this includes him taunting and lots of /ooc that he put as well as my second request for him to leave me alone). I would also like to see his bodycam (as he stated he had) of him immediately putting my clothes back on (I was wearing an undershirt that he took off as well, the jacket does not come with an undershirt so he had to have seen this.) I apologize that this is becoming a back and forth as I did not want this to come to that and I want to show respect for you and your time as this report is reviewed.
