How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
So I saw this chap running across the road, and out of experience roaming the streets of Los Santos.. the manner of this seemed a little suspect so I drove over and had a little look.. after taking a closer look through my window screen I could see a slight barrel under the bag. I went to speak to the chap and he Disconnected. I sent a message into crash reports via Discord however got no response. 

 

I believe the player saw me approaching as you can see him changing his stance to avoid me seeing a gun on his back. As I stopped and he realised I knew something was up.. he logged to avoid RP. I could be wrong, however would be nice to get the opposing story.

So my side of the story was that I was on playing with my friends and we were driving around the city and all of the sudden the whole game just crashed and it brought me to the desktop screen so I attempt to log back in and within 10 seconds of being back online it crashes again so then I tried once more and that’s when I believe I saw the police car driving past but I never saw it approach me or try to stop me or anything of that sort. So then again withing 10 seconds the game crashes and then I decide to just leave it and come back later, I came back 30 minutes later and the game works perfectly fine. I am fairly new to the city so I did not know we had to report crashes or anything like that bc it happens very frequently to me and I think nothing of it. I am very sorry for this and I know it looks very sus bc I had a gun and a mask but at the time me and my friends were going around in a vehicle where no cops could’ve seen me. The three other people that were in the car when I lagged out could definitely vouch for me. I am very sorry for this and did not mean to break the rules at all it’s simply just the game crashing and being unfair towards me.
