Non-Roleplay (NRP) - If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior. Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) While conducting a speed trap, I observed a money truck traveling on the shoulder of the highway, go off road, strike a tree, and flip over. The vehicle up-righted, then traveled a short distance as I tried to pull it over. As I got behind the vehicle, the driver disconnected. Nothing was ever posted in Crash Reports on discord. We waited the 15 min window. Approximately 12 mins into this window, the player returned (this time as ID 20), and was standing several feet behind the traffic stop location. He never walked up to us, and after a few moments disconnected again. He did eventually return, and another SD unit attempted to arrest him, and he disconnected again. This other player (Nica Dumitru) may be completing a report about this -- therefore, full details of this are being left out of this report, as I was not really involved. Also NRP because the player continued driving after hitting a tree, rolling a big vehicle over, and presumably having no injuries or vehicle mechanical issues.
