How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
ID 158 was being arrested at the Sandy SD Station for carrying a weapon which he did not have a license for. Upon getting him on his knees, he disconnected from the Server. I waited for about 20 minutes and even posted in the crash reports channel with a warning that this would be reported if he wouldn't return, however, he never wrote anything by himself in there, nor did he respond to it.
