How did the player break the rule(s)? 
I was at Paleto Station and was tabbed out while reviewing my friends previous twitch stream and helping him out with some Discord stuff and tabbed in and noticed I was on low HP, after reviewing my shadowplay it turns out two players decided to attack me in an NCZ with a knife, which also resulted in his friend getting injured.

Tyrone_Fli & Jamal_Gallierz│ID 33 & 270: DM & NRP - As shown in the evidence, you attacked a player at a NCZ without any valid demands or proper escalation/interaction. Before attacking someone you should give them demands and are only able to attack them if the demands are not complied with. You also need valid motive and to escalated the scenario properly before attacking players. You should also not be comitting any crimes at a NCZ since NCZ = No Crime Zone.
