• Powergaming is playing unfairly through not allowing other players a chance to roleplay responses and their own actions, unrealistic actions, or non-factual statements in /do.
• Forceful commands should be used after RP or the party is unresponsive for 30 seconds.
• Government funded faction members must go off duty when not performing faction duties IC.
• Players must capture time stamped evidence performing RP that will potentially influence future interactions and evidence is only valid for 48 hours, death, or until others RP invalidates it.

I was looking for buy 1G house , so i called ALEXANDRO_TRUMP to buy 1G house at Fleeca bank 4/4 motel , he said bring 150k as cash and I ill put house 1$ for sell , i gave money to ALEXANDRO and he said i gave you house , lock and unlock door and check it ( he did not do any rp he just gave me the keys ) and he ran away ! 

( I just want my money back and I do not want punishment ) ( 149k )

After reviewing the report, we have decided to deny it.

• After reviewing the evidence provided, I have decided that this report cannot be accepted at this time. Your evidence does not show any rule breaks, only you roleplaying. As it is said in the Player Report Guidelines "Evidence of the rule breach is required such as a screenshot or video."
• Also, I'd like to point out that just scamming someone is not against the rules, there are specific marketing systems made to avoid it, players can deal with scams ICly. Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit. Consider if you could possibly teach this player or if you've tried to come to a resolution on your own. Reporting another player should be reserved for your final options when a rule breach has occurred.
