Player 165 was death matching because he killed my character with no text or voice RP and I informed him that I could not hear him so that he could attempt to fix the error and continue.

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
I was processing drugs at the cultists lab when player 165 pulled up and ran towards me. He wasn't speaking and I asked him what he is doing and told him he needs a cough drop. He was clearly looking for an angle to shoot me. I kept moving trying to get him to talk but no response. He then started shooting I fired back but he fired first and I died. If you need anymore information just let me know.

I went to chilliad to collect plants and when I saw him cooking drugs I got my ak to rob him, as you can see I tried giving him demands but I guess the normal voice range does not go that far because I myself could not have even heard the guy telling me I needed a cough drop, I didnt need a cough drop, but I didnt shoot because I wanted to be 100% certain that the man does not retaliate but at 3:12 of his video clip you can see him aim a gun at me giving me the full law to shoot him.
