1. Faction Rules

 

• Non-Gov Factions have a faction member limit of 40 people.
   
• The use of joint-frequencies and providing backup to other factions is forbidden outside of an Official War approved by Faction Management. Any backup or joint attacks must be within an approved war or happen naturally. Texting, using one person to relay information, and any other such attempts to circumvent this rule will result in permanent bans.
   
• If you obtain official status as a legal faction you cannot  switch to being a criminal faction without approval.
   
• You must roleplay within your faction lore.
   
• Tazers should not be used on players that are moving in a vehicle (e.g. motorcycle) or from a moving vehicle (e.g. police car). Players that are tazed off a e.g. motorcycle at the same point where they begin accelerating away does not apply to this.

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
In the POV provided by a Kudo Kai member shows them on a freq with goblins rolling around just before engaging in a gun fight with us. I would like to add there were no goblins on our initial initiation with Kudo Kai around 10 minutes prior. You can even see in the POV provide a goblin saying  he can "bring one more" which I can only assume is to fight us. Then you see the same ID(70) at the gunfight in the 2nd POV along with 61 checking who I'm assuming is another goblin coming to back up Kudo.

Um I believe this report was concluded a while ago maybe I accidentally posted twice and is now getting looked into a month later but but you seen in my first clip where I ask the two fellas in the car if they are Kudo Kai and they say yes. I privated the footage cause it was concluded but ill unprivate it so you can see them say they are Kudo. Thanks if anything else needs to be resolved let me know.

Hey. Just found out this report was reopened and I was tagged, and I do not have the best recollection of events as it occured a long time ago, but I'll try my best to answer any questions. However, if memory serves me right, I showed up there after a long time and I never engaged with anyone who reported us for backup breach, so I'm just having difficulty comprehending why this report has been re-opened, since I never engaged against anyone involved there, the reporting party if is able to recollect the events to that event, they can also confirm I never fought them. I only came there and found out my allies were dead, I talked to the reporting party and then we went our seperate ways after, and to answer the question Kyle Radzvin used to be in Goblins a while back, so I know him from back when. I do not know Nic Fisher personally.

Hi Javier here barely remember much about this as it was a while back but, From what i remember i had went into braddox where i saw nic and kyle, I had recognized kyle and he had recognized me from when i was in the gang The Prophets, they told me they saw 1-3 lnf members with heavies, as we outnumbered them I hoped we would be able to ambush and rob them for their heavy weapons, I confirmed with them ICLY and OOCLY that they werent in a gang, making it ok to be on the same freq as there was only 1 gang on the frequency (Goblins) (Me and kevin)

In the first clip I knew my demands were invalid hence why I never shot at them. But when going to chase them they started lighting us up. When I say I gave them demands It simply means I demanded them out of the vehicle and I was saying that so my allies could be informed that we had hopped out and tried to get them out of the car. No one was trying to attempt to reference rules ICly but simply warn my allies I had demanded the hostile party out of their vehicle.

At the time only myself and Javier Antonio were online from Goblins so there weren't any interactions between those two individuals and any other goblin members that I know of. I do not remember the events of that day unfortunately as it was just another regular day for me and I honestly was never expecting to be reported in the first place since I never fought anyone in that situation. And I do not have or ever had any POV since like I mentioned I wasn't expecting to be reported, the reporting party never at any point reached out to me to inform me to save my POV, or try to talk to me and get my side of story to it.

Javier_Antonio, Kyle_Radzvin & Nic_Fisher│ID 70, 95 & 119: NonRP - As shown in the evidence and investigated in logs, you were on a frequency together despite not being a part of the same faction. You claim that you knew eachother from previous encounters, but, from reviewing logs, you aliased eachother in the same instance that the frequency was shared. Assisting in shootouts or other similar situations is okay if it is stumbled upon organically, e.g. you see your allies getting shot while driving by a certain area. You are also able to be on the same frequency for pre-planned events such as bank robberies, but should be there with them "physically" to back them up, as opposed to backing them up only when asked for assistance on the radio. There should be no active attempts to call for or respond to backup outside ones faction.

Christopher_Luciano│ID 87: Spoken to about NonRP (Mixing) - As shown in the evidence, you said "I gave them demands" ICly. You claim that the intention was not to refer to any OOC rules ICly, but demands are not necessary to give realistically. Demands is something we require for some of our OOC rules, and is not something that should be referred to in the same way that you did ICly.
