How did the player break the rule(s)? 
I was at the Paleto Parking lot and was just AFK for a quick second while I ran and grab a drink from the garage which takes me less than two minutes to run to. So then I come back I am being attacked by this guy randomly without any reason I saw no prior RP to the whole situation and even when I saved POV he showed no RP of doing such. He then responded to me saying in /b Save pov in voip which voip is IC only.  He said I was "Standing AFK" in VOIP and "Save my POV?" in voip.

Can you explain why you can be heard mixing, saying "Shut up bitch, you were standing AFK." and "I'm not saving my POV, I don't give a fuck" in VoIP?

ID 97 - Ringo_White

• Deathmatching: Attacking another player without a roleplay reason or interaction.
• Non-Roleplay: Mixing - Mixing OOC chat and VOIP is response to a situation.
• OOC Behaviour: Warning - Related to Deathmatching and Non-Roleplay - Behaviour not fitting of good community attitudes.

Upon reviewing the footage, logs and statements provided during this scenario from accounted parties. We have decided to take action and for the following players to receive the above in their admin records. It has been provided, that you can be heard saying over VoIP "Shut up b***h, you were standing AFK." and "I'm not saving my POV, I don't give a f**k." as a response to the reporting party typing OOCly. This type of behaviour is unacceptable as you are mixing between IC and OOC chats which takes all involved parties out of the roleplay immersion. VoIP should only ever be used to convey strictly IC content and while we recommend that /b should not be used excessively, you must use it, or /pm if you want to speak OOCly to another player.

With a lack of evidence to show the justification of punching the reporting party, we will be issuing this punishment as we cannot see any roleplay leading up to the attack. We cannot see any attempt to give any sort of demands in the text chat in case your mic wasn't being transmitted which is required of you to make sure any demands given can be heard or seen. As a reminder, you must have a sufficient IC motive to attack another player with a reasonable level of violence.
