Deathmatch (DM) Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested. 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Players are required to remain IC at all times. RP can only be paused or voided by admins. Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. 11. New Life Rule (NLR) Upon a player's death all parties involved in the death should forget memory of all information and any negative interactions and events leading up to the death. Information prior to the death should be completely forgotten and is no longer valid justification for any future hostile action against those involved. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was serving time in the DOC, actively mining Tin. ID 192 came outside and without any interaction on his part, began punching me, knocking me out. He then stole my items (including a large amount of stamps I had accumulated. I was carried to an officer by another player and placed in medical. During the time I was in medical player 192 was also brought in, injured. I asked to officer if being healed in medical, even if you have to "die" to be revived, constituted NLR. He explained that the RP would suggest I did not die, nor did 192. When we both were healed and back in prison I RP'd to 192 to ask why he hit me. He then proceeded to hit me again, without RP, and so I hit him, knocking him out. At this point 138 ran out of his cell, punched me without RP and knocked me out. I responded OOC, asking for clarification on why 138 attacked me. He told me to fuck off IC. I then attempted to explain OOC to 138 that he was violating DM, and he then said IC "that is my friend". 192, and 138 to a lesser degree, began blatantly violating numerous rules. It is at this point I began collecting footage. Highlights of those rules with timestamps will follow, and can be seen in the associated footage: 1622735270: ID 138 states, after me trying to explain the DM violation to them states OOC "sit the fck down cry baby" (unsure if this was mixing or OOC) 1622735385: ID 138 Disconnects 1622735419: ID 192, after dying on the ground, outside of medical, runs and attacks 144 without any RP 1622735475: ID 192 begins responding to OOC IC, disregarding our attempts to explain the rules. 1622735485: ID 192 insults both 144 and I, IC, for explaining the rules. This continues until ID 192 disappears (Logged out? After reviewing this report and the evidence attached, we have decided to accept this report and issue the following punishment(s): Guardo_Lopez│ID 192: NRP & DM - As shown in the evidence, you attacked ID 144 (Luigi_Jakson) after having just died and respawned, which means NLR is in place and you attacked them for no reason. Once you die and respawn, you should have no memory of your death or the interactions leading up to it (including the people involved, the location etc.), and before attacking someone, you need valid reason(s) and proper interaction. You also referred to player(s) as their IDs, which is not allowed. IDs are OOC and should only be used OOCly. You refer to characters by characteristics or by their names (if you know it ICly). Ben_Pablo│ID 192: OOC behavior - As shown in the evidence, you said "sit the fck down cry baby" in OOC chat. You should not be insulting or speak negatively of players OOCly. Anything that happens IC is to be kept IC. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format.
