How did the player break the rule(s)?

I was running to go to a freelance job and these players ran me over for absolutely no reason and looted me and took everything. After that they continued to harass me again for no reason at all.

What was your reason for mis-using a scripted vehicle driving a round unrelated to the job and running over the player? After the player being killed why did you head to Pillbox MD to interact with this player?
• ID 137 - Samson_Proctor - [Player Notified] - Please provide any footage that lead up to this interaction between all players involved. After the player was placed into the injured state why did run over and begin looting? Upon the player being sent to Pillbox MD why did you interact with the player and begin punching him?
• ID 151 - Peter_Jenson  ( @kiohh ) - [Player Notified] - At timestamp 0:44 seconds in the evidence provided is there any reason as to why you mentioned "reporting you guys" in-character? ID 22 - Maximus_Winchester

• Deathmatching (Vehicle): Attacking another player without a proper roleplay reason or interaction.
• Non-Roleplay: Misuse of Scripted Job and Vehicle. (Money Truck)
• Non-Roleplay: Breach of New Life Rules.

Within the evidence brought forward by the reporter, you'll be getting issued the following punishments due mis-using a scripted vehicle for purposes that were not it's intended usage of the vehicle followed by running over the reporting player rewith the vehicle, which is considered vehicle deathmatching, alongside after killing the player you once again instigated another situation and met him at a NCZ (Pillbox MD) and interacted with a player you had just killed which goes against the new life rule.

ID 137 - Samson_Proctor

• Deathmatching: Attacking another player without a proper roleplay reason or interaction.
• Non-Roleplay: Breach of No Crime Zone.
• Non-Roleplay: Breach of New Life Rules.

After reviewing the evidence you'll be getting the above in your admin record due to assisting with VDMing the player which in the future we highly suggest you /report in the future, followed by you heading to Pillbox MD which is a no crime zone and began punching the man over and over, which was goes against new life rule and deathmatching; you had no reasonable interaction or reason to attack this player in any of the prior situations.

• Spoken to regarding mixing of Out of Character and In-Character through IC text.

You'll be getting a note on your record about being spoken to regarding mixing, this is not a punishment, more so that you are being formally spoken to regarding what you have acted upon on the situation and speaking out through In-Character text with the following "Reporting you guys", if someone else is breaking rules it doesn't mean you can as well and the best course of action would be to make sure you always remain In-Character, to gather evidence, /report and await for a staff member to assist and use out of character chats in the future.
