9. Non-Roleplay (NRP)

• Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.
• Players are required to remain IC at all times. RP can only be paused or voided by admins.
• If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior.
• Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game.
• Players can’t depict their character with real images or game images not possible on ECRP.
• Examples: Ignoring RP, baiting government services without proper IC reason, asking to be killed or forcing your own death, unrealistic stunt jumping, misusing expensive vehicles, using script work vehicles for other purpose, submerging any vehicle in water intentionally, swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase, or stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 menu.
• Non-off road vehicles may not drive up mountains or steep hills. LSEMS & Mechanics are exempt.

 

12. No Crime Zones (NCZ)

• Inside or very near to a No Crime Zone, indicated by the HUD or /NCZ command, players may not commit any crime or disobey law enforcement orders but are allowed to flee, lie, or scam IC.
• If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area.
• Players may not go to a NCZ within 15 minutes after engaging in criminal activity or a resulting chase, unless they are turning themselves in to law enforcement.

14. Deathmatch (DM)

• Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction.
• Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police.
• Players may not kill victims who have complied with a plausible demand in reasonable time unless involved in severe hostile activity against them or an ally within 3 hours.
• Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive.
• Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable.
• Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested.
• If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand.

15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping

• Robberies should be conducted in a realistic manner with reasonable in-character motive using secluded areas. Players should not conduct minor robberies in situations with high risk. Desert or forest areas are considered secluded but witnesses should still be considered.
• One cannot force victims to withdraw money, sell script assets, or give assets not present IC.
• One cannot steal from players with NEW PLAYER above their head unless they have deliberately taken part in an active crime scene in which protection is temporarily lost.
• Players may not steal from their faction treasury as the F4 menu is OOC.
• Permission for prison break must be approved by a Senior Moderator+ prior to the attempt.
• Players may participate in no more than 1 prison break attempt within 1 OOC week.
• Players are allowed to kidnap or to take other players hostage for only these specific reasons:
• You have to have a roleplay reason to attack the victim in accordance with the DM rules.
• If you attempt to commit robbery of a property, you are allowed to hold the players within that property until you have finished the robbery. An NPC is not a valid hostage.
• All included players may not take another hostage for 1 OOC week if police are involved.

How did the player break the rule(s)? 
 

As I was leaving my apartment Irish started to pull up, I was about to get in the neon they started to shoot me without demands as you can see in this clip which looks like blatant DM, they then proceeded to take me upstairs and try to BLS me. When they brought me upstairs and BLS'd me they didn't have a BLS kit to do so as you can hear the confusion in both voices thinking the other one has the BLS kit, as there wasn't an admin I continued RP even though multiple rules were broken when they BLS'd me they took me to Pillbox MD ran in with gun's on his back telling me if I tried something he will shoot me at a NCZ, this in itself was another rule break as your not allowed to take someone to MD to treat them in order to procced with a kidnapping, when they could have continued with me injuried. Now that I recovered from a downed status I carried on RP where they took me back to my house, raided for millions worth of guns and ammo which you can see in logs. Finally they shot me in my own house when I complied the whole time. I would also like to better understand why this RP took place as their was no prior RP interaction. I find it quite appalling that this sort of RP has been conducted by an official faction with multiple members of staff not only have knowledge of it occuring but partaking in it too.

Hey there I will just go ahead and respond with my reply, so i was on frequency with my fellow gang members when Garvy_Collins radio to us saying he's seen a member of 6ix 7even leaving or entering his house with an heavy weapon, we responded to his back up call to go raid this member we saw him running towards the car to flee, we attempted to get closer to issue demands but at this point it was too late to even try it as he was seen pulling his weapon, he was obviously not going to surrender if we gotten closer to issue demands as he already had the gun in his hand he showed us hostile intentions by pulling out the .50, Secondly he granted me dm rights on him from the start because he shot at us and got injured, i wasn't prepared to let him live through this house raid to tell his the members of his gang which was already solved in game with YuSoHelpFul, along with the transporting the reporting party to the hospital was solved in game and i was given a warning by the admin and i am now aware this is not allowed and it wont happen again if I'm ever in this kind of situation again. Thanks for dealing with this report against me

Hey ID 181 here! Thanks for taking this report today.

First of all, I want to clear something out. I never transported him to MD, the ID was probably mistaken, however, my whole purpose of being involved in that situation was BLSing the reporting party and as you can see from the point of view I did but with a little bit of an issue... I never got the BLS kit dropped on the ground which is certainly non-realistic but I want to state that ID 37 was supposed to bring me the BLS kit and even said that he was bringing one as he was coming up the stairs. I also think that pouring water on a wound to clear out blood is realistic and it's usually done to make sure that when you put the gauze pads on the injury they will stick to it and not slide away along with the blood. Second, The whole "raid" was initiated by a call on the radio which said that there was someone going out of the apartment with heavy weapons, it might've not been the reporting party however his friends in the NEON left the apartment before him (from what I know) were seen with a heavy weapon on one of them while going in or out of the house. (nothing was personally witnessed by me but I'm 100% sure since I seen the neon afterwards that they had heavy weapons.) Our group then proceeded to transport Mr.Austin to MD since no admins could've got involved to open the door of the house.

Hi William Lau Here  thanks @aleksey and @Doan for taking this report
First, we were told on radio that one of 67 members going out or in a house with a heavy weapon on him, so we responded to the backup call, that's my involvment in this situation.

For the NCZ part , ID 23 Told me to follow him with my car i did so, i was just following the scene, and you can see in the reporting party video i didn't do anything in the NCZ (this situation was already solved in game with YuSoHelpFul).

However i never shot any single bullet in this scenario as well as it can be checked by logs.

I saw jason and his friends hanging around in the alleyway outside of the house while i was goin around on my bmx. One of them put an AK away and another put his bodyarmor in his pockets, so I knew they still had them on them. The DM part was already handled ingame by @YuSoHelpful and he said that the DM was already cleared up. If we didn't bring him to the hospital then we couldn't have continued because injured people can't unlock for some reason, but RPly we would be able to get in to the house by just taking the keys or the door would already be open. I was also spoken to by yusohelpful about the ncz thing after and i didn't think it was wrong at the time but i will obviously not do that again.

Hi, I am replying on behalf of Jason_Austin.

Now that I have seen POV from the reported party we can fully understand this situation. In Garvy_Collins' streamable you can hardly see an AK or body armor (but no one wore body armor) but he calls it out, if you look at his POV its kind of weird how someone would just randomly call out body armor for no reason, you can see in the POV that they were wearing black so how did he know for sure that they had body armor on them? After careful consideration, I have reviewed his POV and I would like to mention that Garvy_Collins was using software to assist him in this situation if you slow down the POV you can see him constantly look Right for no reason even when riding his bike forward, 2 seconds into his POV he's kept on looking right in the direction they were already at you can see him already trying to turn his camera angle to get a better view without showing himself for no apparent reason, he's been riding very slowly towards this area, which makes me believe he's already seen Jason through walls with the use of ESP he then breaks abruptly for no reason and calls it out calling body armour and a heavy weapon, not once did he look in front of him whilst riding his bike. The use of OBS allows people to record their screen without showing ESP or other hack and should not be allowed to post evidence using this software. If admins check the logs before Garvy was even their Jason dropped his body armour so Gabriella could pick it up and doesn't put it on, if you look at the timestamps when Garvy came and when Garbriella picks up the body armour there more than 10/15 seconds apart. He then proceeds to follow the person who does not have the AK on his back saying that he put it in the Neon's Trunk, he's now going of assumption and trying to find a reason to house raid someone based on what he saw for a split second and in his POV https://streamable.com/k3t4iv you can hardly see anything at all.

But 6ix 7even wasn't mentioned at all. They were not in blue nor was there car noticable and in the POV he doesn't say anything like that

Now regarding his explanation on why they took him to an NCZ with a gun and threatened to kill him if he didn't follow you back (My faction has also made a report 1 about this sort of situation where we asked if you are able to take someone to MD to continue RP and they said its a major rule break.) RPly you would have got the keys but how would you have gotten the codes to the safe and made him change the codes to the safe, (the safe's which he didn't have the codes to) you have now by-passed 2 situations forcing your RP on to others as you forced him to change the codes to a safe which wasn't his and wouldn't have access to. (admins can check logs) 
Now regarding the BLS situation which he would have died at because of your poor RP we clearly see that winning mentality in Jason_Austins POV  from the reported party, They failed to uphold any standard of good RP but tried to get him to say the bleeding would stop, you can see in the POV that they go straight into /b and announce that he's no RPing correctly and because ID 181 puts 1 Gauze pad on his wounds that's going to miraculously stop a gunshot wound. 

The fact of the matter is they are an official faction and are suppose to hold up a high standard of RP for the rest of the community and this nonchalant manner that they conduct themselves has been going on for too long there has been multiple rule breaches in this report and it's annoying taking everything they do to the forums as they keep getting away with rule breaches warning after warning, borderline rule playing, it's exhausting bringing it to forums.

Michelangelo_Gradi│ID 181: Spoken to about NRP - As shown in the evidence, you RP'd treating someone's injuries and using /bls without having a BLS kit. Next time, make sure you receive a BLS kit (or other tools for treating injures) before the RP and command is done.

Jack_Macfadden│ID 23: NRP - As shown in the evidence, you brought ID 108 (Jason_Austin) to a NCZ in the middle of a houseraid so he wouldn't bleed out. This isn't realistic, and as YuSoHelpful said: "Bringing someone to the hospital in order to raid his house, is not acceptable. It is not up to you to deal with admin based issues, even if admins are not around.". Realistically, ID 108 would've been able to call for help at the hospital, with e.g doctors, nurses and civilians present. No crimes are supposed to be committed in a No Crime Zone.
