9. Non-Roleplay (NRP)

• Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

• Players are required to remain IC at all times. RP can only be paused or voided by admins.

• If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior.

• Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game.

• Players can’t depict their character with real images or game images not possible on ECRP.

• Examples: Ignoring RP, baiting government services without proper IC reason, asking to be killed or forcing your own death, unrealistic stunt jumping, misusing expensive vehicles, using script work vehicles for other purpose, submerging any vehicle in water intentionally, swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase, or stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 menu.

• Non-off road vehicles may not drive up mountains or steep hills. LSEMS & Mechanics are exempt.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

I was sitting on the side of the road when all the sudden two people ive never met or had any interaction with come up and try to rob me on the side of the highway, seeing as how my engine was on, I drove off. Their actions promote unrealistic roleplay robbing on the side of the highway in such a manner for little to nothing as all i had was a car and a pistol with less than 20 bullets in it.

@KraahMe (Ramiz Bashkimi) and the passenger in the car had been circling this vehicle for around 15-20 minutes, in that time, not a single vehicle had been sighted anywhere near the man, I had encountered the man and another motorcycle off near the Braddocks drug lab thus I'd assumed they would have guns that would make a robbery worth the risk. We had believed his engine was off, and discussed robbing him literally in a matter of seconds and then dashing into the streets to get away. We would have disappeared even if a single person was sighted, however there was no one for a considerable amount of time as explained earlier which lead me to believe the robbery was possible. Not to mention, we were basically in the middle of nowhere, with farmland, which is an area of the map I don't see many people in at all. 

Following the robbery, Hector Sanchez was chasing us with four more vehicles all the way down to Los Santos were we lost them, I assessed the risks before taking this robbery and my character came to the conclusion there was no one around, with a pretty easy escape route leading into farmland right there.

I honestly did not mean to break any rules at all, just trying to have some fun, believing this was absolutely allowed with the position we were in being isolated.

I'd also like to add that neither parties lost anything in this situation, and that I believe the report doesn't necessarily require admin interference as it could have been resolved with a PM, or talks between players due to, as stated, the fact that no one lost anything.

This certainly isn't a major situation and I believe the seriousness of the consequences of a report aren't necessary in this situation, as it could result in a permanent ban for myself, something that I really don't want to happen as I've been warned in the past back when I didn't take the server seriously, the fact that a situation with no climax such as this one could lead to such a grave punishment is what I believe to be unfair. The rules regarding the conditions for an NRP robbery are very vague, stating that the area must be secluded, which I personally consider the area of the robbery to be, with the rules also being up for interpretation in some cases.

'Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit'

I believe this situation has not caused severe loss for either of the parties, and did not necessarily give me a benefit in the situation.

• The video evidence show that the player was put a gun point but drove away without the knowledge that he was actually getting robbed therefore a robbery never occurred. If the player had left the car and properly robbed that would have been a different issue.
