(300 words maximum) As the reported party was evading he drove to the toll booth, Paying the toll during a pursuit and somehow getting the toll worker to open it for him, then after that he kept stationary blocking us in the Kamacho with his sports car. When Axel, the driver tried to push him he remained stationary using the Rage mechanic to block us until the toll closes, IRL his car when be pushed out the way like nothing. Later after he lost us and I PM him to save his POV as well as inform him that it was Non-RP, he just started replying to me about me harassing him, he also said I was trying to make you pay toll. Please feel free to speak up your mind or talk about reporting me for harassment as you told me in PMs here as it is related. Me being support has nothing to do with the outcome of this report, and the reason I'm making it is because you were not open to speaking about the interaction and possibly learning something out of it, so we will here no matter which side is right or wrong. Your forum past shows you report over every little thing and no you came at me like SAVE POV!!! not talking about what I did wrong all you guys do is report over every little situation and try to get people banned over any little thing. can an admin to bring in the other ID in his pictures of why he is mocking me in /b and also why thye both pm'd me to save pov. KlassiKodakBop Posted June 1, 2021 Report Share Posted June 1, 2021 Well I got done with a shoot out, and then I started to leave Paleto and after I passed the Kamacho he started to chase me so I went through the toll and did what everyone does to me and stopped right as I passed the toll both and blocked them. Ash Posted June 3, 2021 Report Share Posted June 3, 2021 REPORT ACCEPTED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s): Carter_Warner - Punishment for NonRP - After viewing the evidence provided we have come to the conclusion for our punishment due to the fact that you attempted to block a kamacho that was actively pursing you with a sports car. In a realistic scenario the kamacho would plough through your sports vehicle so not only is this using the GTA physics in order to unrealistically block a car that would have no problem pushing you out the way in order to bug them in to the tollbooth and escape but also not something you should attempt to do with a sports vehicle. Regarding the OOC toxicity claims, I do not believe anything that was said to you was in a toxic manner nor that they were harassing you, they simply asked you to save your pov. If anything, you calling him a crybaby was closer to an OOC insult than what they said to you so please in future conduct yourself better OOC. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
