skeletee
Player(s) being reported: 279 Date of interaction reported: 06/01/2021 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1622502727 Your character name: Lola DeValera Other player(s) involved: Evan_Collins, Olivia_DeValera Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Players are required to remain IC at all times. RP can only be paused or voided by admins. If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior. Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game. Players can’t depict their character with real images or game images not possible on ECRP. Examples: Ignoring RP, baiting government services without proper IC reason, asking to be killed or forcing your own death, unrealistic stunt jumping, misusing expensive vehicles, using script work vehicles for other purpose, submerging any vehicle in water intentionally, swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase, or stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 menu. Non-off road vehicles may not drive up mountains or steep hills. LSEMS & Mechanics are exempt. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) Thanks to the staff member(s) taking this report. A chase was ongoing and we spotted the same car and occupants that shot our members beforehand. We followed them until the reported party used a vehicle that I don't believe is suitable for blocking, to block our way out (see POV 1, 00:48). As a result, a shoot-out ensued. I was going to hold back on having to resolve this via. forums until I realised that the driver did the same thing to the members they shot prior (see POV 2). Given the second attempt of the same block using a non-blocking vehicle, I assume that these blocks were wholly intentional. Hopefully there's just some sort of oversight on my part and I've made a mistake somehow or the reported party can provide some explanation for their vehicle use. Thanks, again. YuSoHelpful
REPORT DENIED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After our deliberations, we’ve concluded that this report will be denied for the following reason(s): You state the vehicle is not suited for blocking, however you use the same vehicle to ram the vehicle out of the way to escape the threat. The use of that specific vehicle for blocking and the way it was done does not in my eyes break the Non-Roleplay rule. If they had used a expensive sports car, I'd have agreed with you as you're likely to damage to the vehicle as you attempt to escape, however seeing the make and model of the vehicle, this is not the case in this situation. This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period. If you disagree with the outcome of this report, please file an appeal following the appeal guidelines and format.
