Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) So to explain the situation, there is a new gang I heard about today that is wearing yellow, same as Kudo Kai that I am high command of. I was told over radio that a couple members were spotted in Paleto. I arrived and found them. We pulled over in high end and had a conversation about the whole issue and how I wanted them to change their color. Everything seemed fine until ID 373 pulled his gun from the passenger seat and injured me. I don't believe ID 373 had DM rights at all as we were having a civil conversation. Approximately 30 minutes later, they pulled up to one of my members at the pier, ID 43 and also killed him without proper DM rights after some shit talking. I tried to PM 373 about this but he did not seem to understand what he did wrong. He was informed I will be reporting and to save his POV. We figured this would be a bit easier for admins if we made this into one report since its all stemming from the same situation. As for my explanation of the events that went on, I would like to say this starts out by Chuck (reporting party) being shot at high end in Paleto. One of our members saw him injured in the parking lot and went to see what had happened, at this point Chuck explained what had happened to him and we were given an explanation of how the guy was dressed and what he was driving. After getting Chuck safely to MD we began to search and hunt for the man who had just shot one of our high commands. After sometime we found the guy at the pier, and were waiting for a positive ID on him. While I was waiting, the man who shot my high command approached me, and began to start talking to us. Some words back and forth, at some point he tells me to turn my car off, so I turn it off. At this point he pulls out his gun and just begins shooting me and then jumping off the pier. Of course there was some escalation with the shit talk, but I do not believe he had any DM rights on me in any way, shape, or form. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The first clip: They injured my friend so and told him to strip while he was looking for a car, so i shot their high command for revenge. The second clip he challenged me by calling me a bitch if i didnt shoot him so i shot him. They were also going to shoot me when the police that were in the background left, i just did it first. foodfps Posted June 2, 2021 Report Share Posted June 2, 2021 I don't have a recording, but prior to this meeting he injured my friend and forced him to take off his clothes, my friend called me and this is what happened after. The second clip was when we met back up with kudo kai in the pier, they were threatening to kill me when the police went, so i blasted him in front of them. Nightshade Posted June 2, 2021 Author Report Share Posted June 2, 2021 To explain the earlier situation that Levi_Knight is talking about; I rolled up to a couple of my members speaking with who I assume was the driver and ally of Levi during the first situation. They were telling him that he needs to change colors. He got mad and starting throwing punches at 3 armed gang members so he was shot and injured. I gave the order for my members to take him to MD and told him to tell his high command that they need to change colors. We did not remove his clothing. Is it worth trying to get me banned over something that lasted 1O seconds and is completely within the rules of Eclipse. You injured my friend, so i shot you. It was that simple. The situation between your ally being shot and me being shot by you was 35 minutes apart, not 13, not that that matters. I tried to talk with you in PM's about what you did wrong but you did not understand, so I am reporting because I want you to learn from your mistakes. I have no intention for you to get banned. I would rather you learn from this and make better decisions in the future that help the server instead of being banned. Ash Posted June 4, 2021 Report Share Posted June 4, 2021 REPORT ACCEPTED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s): Levi_Knight | ID 373 - Deathmatching Punishment | In both situations you did not have any valid DM rights. Your gang member being injured in a seperate situation does not grant you DM rights on anyone without any further escalation. Secondly, someone calling you out saying that you wouldn't shoot them infront of a cop does not grant you any DM rights either without any further escalation within RP. Instead of immediately shooting someone, you must give them valid demands and time to comply with said demands before opening fire. Also, note your surroundings, it's not realistic for someone to open fire at random, directly infront of a police vehicle on a busy public pier just because someone told you that you wouldn't do it. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
