Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear RP is showing appropriate care and concern to preserve your character's safety and life. If a player's life is in direct danger they must RP adequate fear and comply with demands. A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot/bike or in an unpowered vehicle and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it. 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples: Ignoring RP, baiting government services without proper IC reason, asking to be killed or forcing your own death, unrealistic stunt jumping, misusing expensive vehicles, using script work vehicles for other purpose, submerging any vehicle in water intentionally, swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase, or stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 menu. Non-off road vehicles may not drive up mountains or steep hills. LSEMS & Mechanics are exempt. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 124 ID 140 ID 26 ID 140 did not communicate during the RP moment through a radio or a phone and one of their friends came to rescue them without any IC info. During the RP situation of ID 145, you can hear people talking in his VOIP, probably using Discord, Teamspeak or some other form to Metagame. ID 145 was given clear demands to "get out" of the vehicle, while he did try to run away, he started to circle the farm and then went into the hills with his car which is not meant for such roads and then in the provided clips you can see that he returns again without being afraid to be shot or injured. All of the mentioned ID's were told to save their POV right after I got shot and wounded. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/ctpkwc You can see the person circling the farm while being aimed at, while that might be due to the white car left near the bridge, after getting shot he dips into the hills with his little sedan. https://streamable.com/jhodli You can clearly hear all of the people talking with him in his VOIP while IC none of them were talking or were really quiet. You can see the person tab out and then the sounds stop, most likely turning off his sounds. https://streamable.com/4rv1d0 A friend or an ally comes into rescue without even knowing what is happening and starts giving demands. After being shot by him, all of his friends come to trash talk and were given ooc info to save their POV's. Also you can see ID 145 coming back into a dangerous situation for no reason. Kazjii Posted June 8, 2021 Report Share Posted June 8, 2021 REPORT ACCEPTED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s): Jimi_Kelly (145) - Non RP To explain the decision of the outcome of the report, I would like to turn your attention to the provided evidence of the reporting party. The reporting party can be seen setting up a vehicle to block a bridge towards the drug lab area. After the bridge is blocked by a parked car, the reporting party first initiates a robbery on ID 124, demanding him to put his hands up. At 2:45 in the first video, ID 145 can be seen entering a vehicle. The reporting party approaches the vehicle, resulting in ID 145 taking off once demands were made. At 3:07, ID 145 approaches the blocked bridge, breaking hard as the access is blocked and turning to the right. ID 145 then off-roads, also ramming through fences and driving past his previous location again. At 3:22, the reporting party discharged their weapon once towards ID 145. ID 145 makes a left hand turn and heads off-road again. At 3:25, the reporting party aims their firearm again and continues to discharge the weapon on the vehicle again. The vehicle that is being operated by ID 145 continues to off-road through the mountain area and escapes. In the second video, at 1:05, the vehicle operated by ID 145 returned in the far distance again as the reporting party continues their interaction with the other players. In the third video it can be seen that the reporting party approaches ID 145 once again at the same area where ID 145 escaped in the first video. The vehicle can be seen taking the same off-road route to leave the area. The terrain where ID 145 drove on should only allow off-road capable vehicles to drive on. The vehicle used by ID 145 (Declasse Asea) is not a vehicle that is off-road capable. Therefor, ID 145 (Jimi_Kelly) will recieve a non RP punishment for using a non-off road vehicle to drive on heavy off-road terrain. Not enough evidence is present to conclude that metagaming took place. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format.
