I’m sorry to the admin that has to read and watch the videos on the report. I dislike having to report and I feel that this situation really ruined the quality of RP on the server and almost made me give up on trying to play here. This is a great community with many great people but I just can’t get over this one.

- Taunting e.g. an enemy at a public place (e.g. fishing pier) knowing that they can't retaliate at said public location, effectively showing no fear for your safety.

8. Metagaming (MG)

• Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head.

 

12. No Crime Zones (NCZ)

• Players may not go to a NCZ within 15 minutes after engaging in criminal activity or a resulting chase, unless they are turning themselves in to law enforcement.

How did the player break the rule(s)? 

So I found the people who scammed me before, so I decided to follow them. Well they made there way to the Paleto bay sheriff's office so I just wait in the parking lot with them. I initiate the chase after they leave and continue to chase them. Even making it clear that I am chasing them after we get past the double tolls by getting in front of them trying to block them off to wait for backup to arrive. As I was blocking them they kept going around so I continued to try to get in front of them. As we were just getting over the bridge one of the people who knew they scammed me saw and started to chase them with me so we begun the chase that ended all the way over at Los Santos Bank (Which is a NCZ) and you cannot run to the NCZ if you are being chased knowing that you cannot get robbed there. We sat there for 20+ Minutes waiting for admins using /report 4 but after that we left and just took as much evidence as we could.

Hi, ID 201 here. 
 

First of all, the rule about going to an NCZ clearly says you are not allowed to go to an NCZ for 15 minutes after engaging in criminal activity OR RESULTING CHASE, which is interpreted as a chase because of the criminal activity. We didn’t do any criminal activity even close to this time, the “criminal activity” the reporting party is referring to is us scamming him over 24 hours ago before this incident. After doing more research to try and get a more clear answer as well, I came across this: 

Sounds pretty damn clear to me. 
 

As for the mixing, lol? Guess your buddy needs to be reported too for mixing for saying basically the same thing first if what we both said is even considered mixing lmao. It’s OOC for a reason bud.

 

I’d also love to see the reporting party’s unedited video with audio during the chase. A bunch of his buddies showed up without him even calling (at least I didn’t see anything) for them on the radio such as ID 99 at time stamp 2:52. But an unedited video will clearly show that there was no 3rd party application being used, right? If you got nothing to hide show it.

Players may not go to a NCZ within 15 minutes after engaging in criminal activity or a resulting chase, unless they are turning themselves in to law enforcement.

The "resulting chase" is relating to the criminal activity that happened recently, not 24 hours prior.

As above - NCZ rule referenced is as follows:
Players may not go to a NCZ within 15 minutes after engaging in criminal activity or a resulting chase, unless they are turning themselves in to law enforcement.

The "resulting chase" is relating to the criminal activity that happened recently, not 24 hours prior.

As such, there was no breach here and this report will be denied.

I'd also just like to remind all players involved in this report that OOC chat is to be used sparingly and not excessively.
