How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
ID 43 was standing in front of where cars pull in to be serviced at LSC. I said: "Excuse me, can you please move out of the way?" To which he responded with "Can you please suck my dick?" I exited my car, asked him "You're in the way of the cars, can you please move?" He didn't. So I said: "Okay fine, just be an asshole." I then moved to a now open spot. He was there first, so I let it go and told the mechanic to service him first, the mechanic said he was still waiting for him so I asked for service, gave my license and accepted the quote. 43 kept verbally trying to rile me up and I finally said sarcastically "Takes a big man to talk a lot of shit in a public place like LSC where nothing can happen." He said "I don't give a fuck." I said "Then do something instead of just talking." He then stabbed myself and also injured ID 12. ID 65 was also attacked and defended himself but was downed. ID 12 fled. I took ID 65 to Pillbox as well as myself for medical attention, returned and gave my story and footage to the LSPD after placing a BOLO on his car with plate HOPELESS.

Additionally - he did not show proper fear when encountering a licensed LSC mechanic who had a firearm directed at him and took a suspiciously large amount of damage (multiple shots with a heavy pistol and multiple pistol whipping) I can only show what I saw, admin will have to investigate further.

Also why did you continue attacking when a gun was pulled on you from a distance out of your reach, do you believe this showed proper concern for your life?

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s):

• Zac_Reeves (48) - Verbal Warning For DM and FearRP- The video evidence shows you attacking a player then failing to fear for your life once at gunpoint. Verbal insults are not enough to justify killing an other player. Better escalation is require for you to fully attempt to kill an other player, and in this case the player you downed was attempting to deescalate the situation. Also in this situation you were put at gunpoint from out of your reach yet you proceeded to attack the other player which shows very poor concern for your life.
