osos
Player(s) being reported: ID 133 Date of interaction reported: 30/MAY/2021. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1622394653 Your character name: Billy Sand Other player(s) involved: Joey Borg Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Players may not kill victims who have complied with a plausible demand in reasonable time unless involved in severe hostile activity against them or an ally within 3 hours. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) Myself and Joey Borg had found an unlocked Irish vehicle in which we had taken to megamall chop shop and had started chopping the vehicle. Irish had then arrived and told me to get out of the stationary vehicle with a gun to me, I listen to the demands and get my hands up, when getting out of vehicle I was in a spot with no space, meaning that if I used /down command I would be going inside of my vehicle. So I moved behind the vehicle to use the command /down facing south to comply further to the demands, where he had shot me before and continued to do so when I was on my knees until I was injured. Evidence of rule breach: There is POV of the situation but will have to be sent to the staff handling the report as it includes staff chat. Aaron Martin
Hello! I am Conor Moore in this situation. Reason I was at Grove Chop was because my vehicle had been one picked at an apartment complex so I went searching for the vehicle. Grove chop happened to be the first chop I checked and I noticed my vehicle when I pulled up to the NPC and one person was inside the vehicle and the other person was outside the vehicle. I immediately give both the players demands to get onto there knees, the player outside the vehicle complied with the demands whilst the player in the vehicle gets out of the vehicle, and hops away around 3 metres, so I began shooting him, on my last shots the player dropped to his knees. I believe I had DM rights on this player as he decided to run away from me at gun point and did not comply with my demands. I do believe I had given him enough time to comply with my demands, as he had a few seconds to listen to the demands whilst he was inside the vehicle then he had an additional few seconds upon exiting the vehicle. He still chose to run away. If I remember correctly he did actually hop away using space which is considered NRP and many players actually do this on accident when attempting to pull a weapon out and role, so in my head I had thought he was attempting to get around the corner and pull a weapon out on me. Philoop
REPORT ACCEPTED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s): Conor_Moore - Deathmatching - In this situation, you gave the reporting party 4 seconds to comply with your demands. As he went behind the car with his hands raised you started to open fire but continued to open fire once he was on his knees and complying. In these kinds of situations, you should always de-escalate if they comply. In specific, the player in dropped to his knees, but you continued to fire without giving much time at all to comply with demands. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
