Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Players are required to remain IC at all times. RP can only be paused or voided by admins. If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior. Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game. Players can’t depict their character with real images or game images not possible on ECRP. Examples: Ignoring RP, baiting government services without proper IC reason, asking to be killed or forcing your own death, unrealistic stunt jumping, misusing expensive vehicles, using script work vehicles for other purpose, submerging any vehicle in water intentionally, swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase, or stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 menu. Non-off road vehicles may not drive up mountains or steep hills. LSEMS & Mechanics are exempt. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) we pulled up to the Sea Lab and i drive up to this guy and have a conversation with him my friend was up the rail track preparing to rob him since that was out plan. When i hop out the car he goes offroad with the bati wich is not a offroad vehicle. After this i tell him to Save his POV and he begind with the OOC Toxicity. We would like to receive a response from the following player(s) to explain their side of the story: @galeano - Edgar_Jimenez (ID127) - Please upload all the footage to the forum report since no private information was seen in the video or screenshots. Why did you open fire on the bike? Do you believe that your demands were valid and that you had DM rights? Why can you be heard referring to OOC rules by saying on the radio "You can't do that, he went off road in a Bati"? Blaze_Greene (ID29) - Why can you be seen trying to leave the drug lab by taking a sports bike off road? Do you believe that taking a bike such as that up a mountain is realistic? Are you aware of the server rule against off-road driving for non off-road vehicles? Please explain the reasoning behind telling the reporter that he was "shitty" and "butthurt" in OOC PMs. Do you think that it's acceptable and in accordance with server rules to insult people via PMs? He could clearlyu here me since i was next to him. He had his engine on and could escape but since i knew i blocked the bridge i gave demands and he drove off ofroad so i decided to open fire. OOC rule mention on radio: For this im sorry i did not think what was coming out of my mouth i did not know how to say that he went offroad on a bati in a rp way because it happend quick so i couldnt think how to say it. I never wanted to mix or anything like that i just wanted to inform that he went up the hill with a bati. now that i think about it i shouldnt of mention the part 'he cant do that' if i only mentioned that he went offroad with a bati my friends should know that its NONRP so thats my bad there. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: Blaze_Greene - ID 29: Using a sport motorcycle to drive up mountainsides and through ravines make no RP sense at all. It is public knowledge that we do not support this kind of behaviour on vehicles and that it is enforced. While you did not comment on the report, the video shows gross violations of our driving rules and therefore you will receive a punishment in line with our rules and punishment guidelines. Edgar_Jimenez - ID 127: You did not issue valid demands had no DM rights on this player. You start shouting demands while still drawing your weapon and keep shouting them at a moving subject. Nothing in your attack was justified and the resulting shooting there was also not in line with the DM rules. Demands need to be realistic and make sense, shouting at someone who is in a moving vehicle is not a valid form of demands. Therefore and because you have already been spoken to about valid demands, you will receive a punishment in line with our rules and punishment guidelines. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
