If a player's life is in direct danger they must RP adequate fear and comply with demands. If an attacker lowers their weapon to type, victims which were under fear RP remain as so. A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot/bike or in an unpowered vehicle and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it. A player still has the option to react if they are in a powered vehicle, if they already have a weapon drawn facing their attacker, or if their attacker's view is obstructed by an object. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) I arrived to a bank robbery as the robbers were running out so I started to issue demands, I had a gun to all their faces however the person to I feel completely broke Fear RP was ID 199 as we had him as gunpoint for a while. Also for ID 114 ID 58 had them under fear RP and wanted me to add it. They said they would send POV to the staff who takes it. MrWukong Posted May 30, 2021 Report Share Posted May 30, 2021 During the encounter and seen in the clip I had been pointed at faintly for a second with a shotgun then I was out of line of sight for almost the whole encounter. After he had switched sights off of me almost instantly I kept running and left the others. During the rest of the encounter I was never in danger for my life because the officer had been focused on other members of the robbery and not me, seeing this I knew I could get out and not be in danger when leaving the scene. From my perspective at the time it seemed that I was far away enough and not in danger of my life during the encounter with the officer. Please provide your side of the story and any evidence that you may have. There were a few reasons as to why I believed it was rational to continue my run. As I exited the bank I knew that I was the 2nd person leaving the bank (out of the 5 total robbers). Our escape route as seen on the clip, had two options. As we had two scouts watching both sides we knew the cop came from east to westbound. Knowing this I would obviously tell the crew to head to the narrow corridor, opposite of the cops direction. This was that narrow corridor in which, if there were 3 people behind me, my chances of being shot are very minimal if not none at all. Futhermore, after I had turned away from the officer I believed that he would be talking to the other 3 robbers as they were behind me. By the time I got onto my bike I had already started it and only heard the threats to shoot my tires as to which I thought I could make the decision of driving as he is not aiming for me but my bike. The report for your situation was from ID 58 Also for the staff taking this my main issue was ID 199 for the issue seen in the clip. Drake_Hunter [372] - Will receive a Warning for NonRP - FearRP. Going through the provided evidence, the officer can be seen arriving at the bank when the players were robbing it. He gets out of his vehicle, pulls out his firearm, and starts giving demands to the players as they were fleeing the scene on foot. Drake_Hunter can be seen running to his bike, getting on it, and driving off while the officer was aiming his gun at him and giving him audible and plausible demands. You had the chance to comply but you decided to drive away, putting your character's life in danger, therefore you'll be receiving a warning for FearRP. After Drake drove off, the officers ran after Klaus_Jones. They gave him audible and plausible demands to get on his knees at an extremely close distance, Klaus then decided to get on the bike and to drive away, putting his character's life and safety in danger. You had the chance to comply with the demands, but you chose to ignore them while you were under gunpoint, therefore you'll be receiving a FearRP punishment. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format.
