Disrupting Server Operations and Knowledge of Rule Breaches

• Players must be a positive community member and remain respectful with everyone at all times.
• It is prohibited to advertise or discuss other GTA V multiplayer communities on any ECLIPSE platform including self created content promoted on ECLIPSE platforms.
• It is prohibited to leak personal information of another person or to make such threats. 
• It is prohibited to intimidate players from playing on the server or to continuously harass them in the game for OOC reasons to purposely make their game experience poor.
• Players must report cases of ban evasion, falsified forum reports, discussions/jokes about cyber-attacks and other rule breaches. An attempt to hide such information is punishable.

IC and OOC Interactions

• Players are welcome to voice their opinion or suggestions but may never disobey administrators.
• All players must be able to communicate in English and IC chat must be English only.
• Foreign language in-character must be done as such: “[Language] English Text”
• Other languages may be used in private only if everyone who can see has agreed to it.
• Sexual, torture, or disgusting roleplay is allowed only if all witnesses give prior OOC consent.
• Players using offensive language IC must not use it excessively and must stop if asked OOCly.
• IC content must not contain acronyms like “lol” or “u” or smiley faces excluding IC SMS.
• Text chat, VOIP, radio, phone and commands like /ME or /do are for IC content only.
• For OOC content, players must use chat commands that encase the content in brackets. 
• For example: (( this is OOC content )). OOC chat commands are /OOC, /O, /B, /PM and /F.
• Public advertisements must only contain realistic IC content and cannot be used for crime.
• OOC videos or screenshots may only be used IC if footage depicts the character using the /record command or has roleplayed a camera at the start and end of unedited footage.
• Roleplayed camera footage may be uploaded with RP proof of starting and a snippet but full footage must be stored and be available if needed otherwise the snippet is no longer valid.
• Property cameras must have a scripted object on the interior or exterior of the property.

  Non-Roleplay (NRP)

• Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.
• Players are required to remain IC at all times. RP can only be paused or voided by admins.
• If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior.
• Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game.
• Players can’t depict their character with real images or game images not possible on ECRP.
• Examples: Ignoring RP, baiting government services without proper IC reason, asking to be killed or forcing your own death, unrealistic stunt jumping, misusing expensive vehicles, using script work vehicles for other purpose, submerging any vehicle in water intentionally, swimming for an unrealistic amount of time in a chase, or stealing from / tampering with an OOC F4 menu.
• Non-off road vehicles may not drive up mountains or steep hills. LSEMS & Mechanics are exempt.

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)

We had an active gunfight at around Grapeseed Hangar where I injured ID 243. I proceeded to try to finish him off, while doing so, ID 243 whilst being injured started shit-talking me, and I personally did not appreciate the words that he chose in that scenario either. It came across as a bit offensive. Instead of roleplaying his injuries, he started shit talking and also he locked his car while injured aswell.

Why did you think it was appropriate to target the specific Out of Character nationality/heritage/accent of the reporting party to use as In Character insults in this incident?

Hello, It was impossible for me to know what race the reporting party was ICLY as he had gloves and all his skin covered I took a guess at him being black and made that insult shown in the video. I should have RP'ed my injuries and was going to but was finished and only said the remarks as I knew I was moments from being finished as he ran towards me and aimed at me said ''Get fucking smoked retard'' before I started to type anything towards him as I knew my death was unavoidable. I typed as fast as I could to get one last final word out and didn't have much time to think of something more creative as my response was reactionary. If nothing was said to me to provoke me ICLY before me being finished I would have just accepted the death and said nothing.

I am black IRL, I don't think the reporting party knows that similar to how I don't know the reporting party race out of game. If I knew his character was white which was impossible with all his skin being covered I wouldn't have said that. I don't believe I in any shape or way made an OOC insult.

I feel this report is just nitpicking any thing the reporting party can to fuel this forum war that is being perpetrated by his faction. Some of there members do recognize this and attempt to stop it such as Diego_Elsanito who in the initial part of this scene that led to this said in there f chat ''Stop looking for 1 little thing [to report] its a game and we lost get over it'' Which I really respect and strive to drive into my members as well. This all could have been avoided if the reporting party was willing to just talk to me and have a conversation as players and use the forums how its intended as a last resort after all other options have been attempted.

I'm Diego and with this f chat pic this wasn't with this situation with what Raymond reported it was a with a completely different situation and wasn't relevant at all with this report

PLAYER REPORT ACCEPTED

Thank you for your patience while this report was under review. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: Kevin_Slash - ID 243: There was no reason to actually say anything you have said, I don't see how your first reaction after being hit and downed is to make sure you get racial insults out. There was no roleplay whatsoever which would have justified what you said. It shows very little care and concern for your own character when all that moves you is whether you have just won or lost a situation, your actions were not ICly motivated, because ICly your character would've been in agony and maybe even tried to plead for his life that was about to be taken. You show no signs of any actual attachment to your character and its demise. Death means nothing to you it seems and it's far more important to blurt out racial remarks than to actually try and roleplay. You have already been warned about racial remarks not too long ago and yet, here we are. Are you ever going to learn more and enhance your roleplay in ways that don't need this? You better do, this is your final warning. Stop making racial remarks.  If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.  Regards, flow & Gaz.
