How did the player break the rule(s)? 

Not sure if all ID's are included, put the ones that I saw in the POV's of our side

We comped a drop at Humane lab (Russians drop). Scouts and the main group were in position and when the drop landed, we moved in, fighting Russians at the drop when the crates dropped. We attacked the Russians and the fighting was over with us being alive. Then a group of consisting out of Irish members came in to join in on the situation. They were coming to help Russians with their drop. 

We essentially already gotten the drop because we killed the Russians, and the reason for reporting is because of the backup of Irish, they still got the drop and we lost it. 

 

It looks like there was no effort to make this an operation. It looked like a plain backup call over their own radio to get more people to join the fighting, which ID 213 admitted of doing.

If ID 213 or any Irish ( which were told to save POV) can prove that they were already meeting up with the Russians and that this was a planned attack I'm fine, but I'm doubtful of that.

Hello! 

I am Conor Moore and I was one of the 3 Irish that had pulled up to this gun fight.

So what started us searching for Goblin's, was that they decided to open fire on myself and Garvy Collins (Irish) for 0 reason. We managed to take 1 or 2 Goblins out before leaving the area as I was the only one with a gun at the time. We then go to our homes, grab ammo, drink a bottle of water and we get Sean Moore (Irish) involved as it was an uneven fight. We then begin searching for Goblin's, we had seen multiple pass North lab, but could not continue visual as cops had blocked a lot of the highway off. We then decided to go and check chilli as we had believed they may have chopped a vehicle up there, but we were wrong. Shortly after checking chilli we get a radio call that World War III was going on at the back of Humane. The person that had given the call about the shots left instantly as they did not know who it was, and did not have any weapons at the time. Myself, Garvy Collins and Sean Moore arrive all together at the same time, we pull in and see that it is Goblins and Russians fighting. Only one Russian was left standing and we decided to assist them in the fight, and in obtaining there drop. Sean Moore instantly called that we did NOT need anymore assistance at Humane when he had noticed it was Russians.

Hello, Lisa Wilson here. Thank you Aldarine for reviewing and handling this report.

I was coming back from a code 0, and had been at humane, getting some ingredients. When I noticed there were shots fired at the lab, I called it out and asked if anyone knew what was going on, and if there was any ongoing shootout and what people it involved. I quickly realized it was goblins on the scene, and made sure to call it out for my allies. As seen in my footage, I never encouraged anyone to join the shootout. I simply told them that there was a shootout going on but that there were none of our members involved. I made sure to state this a few times, so no rules would be broken. Still, some people decided to join in the fight, which is on them and if they would've had any prior interaction with the goblins that would motivate their participation. I left the scene to avoid any type of interaction with them and didn't come back until the shootout had ended, to get my ingredients sorted. To end with, I don't believe I broke any rules whatsoever, I just informed that there was an ongoing shootout, and I was very clear with that there wasn't any of our members involved.

Why did you insert yourself into a situation that had no relation to you after the radio call?
As explained above, myself and Garvy Collins had been shot at by multiple Goblin's, resulting in us hunting them down. We would not have been searching for Goblins if they did not attempt to murder us. This concluded with us inserting ourselves into a shootout involving Goblins. 
Once we had figured who the shootout was with no more Irish came to the fight, as that would be breaching the backup rule.
We went to Humane no knowing Goblins were fighting Mob.

Thank you kindly for your patience as we reviewed this report. We appreciate the timely and detailed responses that came from all parties. Following significant review of evidence and provided statements, we will be denying this report.

Within the responses provided throughout this player report it was noted that there was ongoing conflict between two factions noted - Goblins and Irish. One of the reported players, Lisa_Wilson, provided video evidence which showed the initiating radio call for the viewed backup situation. This video showed the relaying of information on the location of very recently hostile parties. There was no identifying information in regards to whom the fight was with or the purpose of the engagement that was being mentioned. With this in mind as well as the immediately prior conflict, the reaction to the radio communication was not to provide backup to the other fighting gang who was also unidentified in that radio chatter. As noted within statement, once noted whom was involved in the situation, nobody further was to come as that could have other implications. Ultimately after review, we found that the reported players were not acting upon a call for backup from/involving the fighting gang (Russians) and the overall engagement was the result of something entirely different and unrelated.
