Betsy Ross was placed under arrest and then proceeded to run off. After a brief chase, Betsy was tased. Once tased they did not respond to anything and just Disconnected. I then proceeded to wait about 15 minutes for them to return in which they did not. Unfortunately my shadowplay was not working at the time.
