How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
Subjects stole a Weazel van from the pier. A chase was called and we eventually managed to get them stopped on the train tracks near Mors. First suspect jumps off the bridge and can be heard over radio Code 0. 2nd suspect, after some trying get downed by Officers and disconnects shortly after.

  Why did you decide to continuously try to ram your way out whilst you were surrounded by cops with guns pointed at you and no way of getting out with your vehicle ?
