5. Disrupting Server Operations and Knowledge of Rule Breaches

• Players must be a positive community member and remain respectful with everyone at all times.
• It is prohibited to advertise or discuss other GTA V multiplayer communities on any ECLIPSE platform including self created content promoted on ECLIPSE platforms.
• It is prohibited to leak personal information of another person or to make such threats. 
• It is prohibited to intimidate players from playing on the server or to continuously harass them in the game for OOC reasons to purposely make their game experience poor.
• Players must report cases of ban evasion, falsified forum reports, discussions/jokes about cyber-attacks and other rule breaches. An attempt to hide such information is punishable.

  7. IC and OOC Interactions

• Players are welcome to voice their opinion or suggestions but may never disobey administrators.
• All players must be able to communicate in English and IC chat must be English only.
• Foreign language in-character must be done as such: “[Language] English Text”
• Other languages may be used in private only if everyone who can see has agreed to it.
• Sexual, torture, or disgusting roleplay is allowed only if all witnesses give prior OOC consent.
• Players using offensive language IC must not use it excessively and must stop if asked OOCly.
• IC content must not contain acronyms like “lol” or “u” or smiley faces excluding IC SMS.
• Text chat, VOIP, radio, phone and commands like /ME or /do are for IC content only.
• For OOC content, players must use chat commands that encase the content in brackets. 
• For example: (( this is OOC content )). OOC chat commands are /OOC, /O, /B, /PM and /F.
• Public advertisements must only contain realistic IC content and cannot be used for crime.
• OOC videos or screenshots may only be used IC if footage depicts the character using the /record command or has roleplayed a camera at the start and end of unedited footage.
• Roleplayed camera footage may be uploaded with RP proof of starting and a snippet but full footage must be stored and be available if needed otherwise the snippet is no longer valid.
• Property cameras must have a scripted object on the interior or exterior of the property.

• 8. Metagaming (MG)

• Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. 
• Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head.
• Players may not have any interaction or knowledge from their alternate characters.

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
For the past week a lot of situations have been taking place revolving my character, Ezekial Diablo, and others. A lot of the information going on seemed a bit to far fetched or pertained to events that well no one would have known about unless they were present due to the SMALL circle involved. However, tonight it was learned that Aurora James had been getting spoken to by many people via Discord regarding IC things as a platform of discussion and advice. It was also learned tonight that, those messages and conversations were then being relayed IN CHARACTER to others by Aurora James.

I myself am guilty of discussing possible RP outcomes and other stuff with Aurora James via discord due to sometimes timing just didnt work in our favor or it was just nice to have a conversation. I also have spoken to Aurora about personal matters going on and asking for advice due to my situation. There are very few people who knows about my current IRL situation and now I fear it may have been brought IC also to people I dont even know.

Once we figured all this out tonight I informed Aurora, Maddie, Koda, and Ciara that everything occurring tonight was metagamed by Aurora which I was met with hostility in the form of her claiming to have SCREENSHOTS of my DMs to other players, along with a month worth of footage of others players breaking the same rules which is why she felt it was okay, and other things.

There is a lot more that I could say regarding this situation and how I did ask a staff member I have known for a while for advice and well they gave me the advice I needed... report everything. The intention of messages on discord was to discuss our overall feelings after situations and how we felt on an IC and OOC level. Nothing we spoke about was being used IC for any type of advantage until now when we realized Aurora had been using it. I apologize for not reporting this sooner but I did not feel anything wrong was occurring, however, now its clear it was wrong. I accept full responsibility for my actions and apologize for the inconvenience of taking up staffs time.

Evidence of rule breach:
Evidence is currently being uploaded and it is quite a bit. However, due to the nature of some messages, I would prefer to DM them to whatever staff takes this report. My personal life was trusted to people I thought were friends and now have learned, aren't. I apologize in advance if this is an issue.

First of all I would like to thank the administrators for taking this report. . Only after  Ezekial Diablo aka ArchAngel#8878 shared experiencing the exact things from his previous "relationship" interaction with other players which are now being stated about myself as a sole perpetrator, I would be inclined to think this isn't his first time in this situation. I accept any and all repercussions for my involvement in this report. Due to the sensitive nature of much of the evidence I have among stated allegations I would like to request to share all evidence I have privately with administrators.

@MrSilky I would like to add to the effect after speaking to another individual effected by this report. Nick Andersson and I were discussing last nights events regarding something and it has been brought to my attention that during an RP scenario there was "bodycam" used ICly for prove some things regarding him and some stuff. However, in the time most of us have known Aurora, we have never once seen any RP regarding buying, placing, activating, or having a Bodycam on her person or being used.

This "bodycam" effected a RP scenario last night and the outcome of it between Nick Andersson and Koda Matthews, but, no RP proof was given for the bodycam actually being RPed out nor a /time for a timestamp of it.

At this point, I am trying to collect any and all evidence so that everyone effected by this OVERALL experience can proceed in a more RP manner that isn't effected by OOC means or OOC footage. However, the damage of these actions clearly has already taken its effects on many people IC and OOC.

That is at the fault of all parties involved for not making sure proper steps were followed to avoid Metagaming or Mixing.

Thank you for your patience as we concluded this report.

After an in-depth review of this report, along with taking in to consideration the extensive replies and evidence submitted, we have decided to conclude with the following:

Players Ezekial_Diablo and Aurora_James will both receive a punishment for Metagaming.

The reason for the above is that throughout the extensive evidence submitted, it can be seen that both players are actively discussing ongoing roleplay situations out-of-character via discord. As I am sure you are aware, Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Throughout the extensive discord logs provided, it can be seen that both players are constantly referencing active roleplay and discussing potential outcomes of certain situations. Needless to say, this needs to cease immediately. Please ensure that In-Character information is kept strictly in-character moving forward. You are free to discuss the game and talk with friends out-of-character, but this cannot be about active roleplay as this has the potential to alter future roleplay in-character.

Furthermore to the above, the following players will receive a warning for mixing IC and OOC information through IC channels (voip).

• Ezekial_Diablo
• Aurora_James
• Debra_Wembley
• Vahan_Mirakain

In one of the submitted videos, the above four players can be seen communicating via VOIP in-character about their ages "in their head" and other relatively relevant topics about their personal OOC circumstances. Needless to say, this is not appropriate to discuss your OOC ages In-Character or discuss current life events of yourself In-Character. This is just a warning as it did not impede on anyone else's roleplay, but this is very lenient. I expect you all to cease making such references moving forward.

I trust that all players involved will take this as a learning experience and stop this behaviour before it escalates as it does not promote a healthy environment for anyone involved.
